You should keep the latest version AE 1.6.640 for a while, at least until compatibility confirmation with all your fav mods, that's what I'm doing.

https://github.com/eeveelo/SexLab has previous releases available under the "tags" section on the right sidebar. I downloaded v1.65 and am able to run my 1.6.640 AE version w/o issue.

I have a compatibility question regarding Go To Bed (light version): https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/4224?tab=description

 

When i first started using SexLab around 2016, i distinctly remember reading somewhere that it was not compatible with any "See You Sleep" kinda mods because they both affected beds.

 

Was this ever true?  Is this still the case?  Or can i install Go To Bed without having to worry about conflicts?  I would really like to install that mod because it sounds immersive as hell.

Sexlabs wont install for me, idk what to do. fnis is set up i dont have all the required mods but i have the ones as requested on the site like skse ETC but the mod in game refuses to install. idk what to do. please help

Everytime i load a game or a save the skyrim utility mod(SUM) tells me to switch back to 1.65 because the new version is untested.

New version of what?? This mod? Skyrim? Skyrim SE was just updated days ago and it broke a shit ton of mods. So little info given no one can begin to try to help.

SL updated, but SKSE has updated twice I believe. Getting CTDs with SL.

I'm getting an error outdated or missing SKSE is not installed (it is, 2.2.5), but other than that I've gotten everything to work again.

Hey Guys, I have the big problem that every time when i start Skyrim its say me the Skyrim PapyrusUtil.dll and SexlabUtil.dll disabled (same Problem with SOS) When i start the game with the AE Version from Sexlab. When i start the game with the SE version from Sexlab i have 0 error at the start but Sexlab dont work ingame. I Have the Newest Adresslibery version and Papyrus version and all other Mods works without problems. I use the Preset from Eldergleam ctp Panda.

I would check your SkyrimSE folder and make sure you deleted all the old SKSE files. The 2.2.5 (for new 1.6.1130 version) is the correct SKSE file. I just spent 2 hours up-dating all mine and except for my PC being "PINK" everything works fine. Ah, don't forget to replace all the old .Pex files.

When you updated SKSE, did you disable all the mods you got prompts for? For example, my Racemenu, Fuz Ru Doh, J Containers, Sexlab Framework etc. all needed to be disabled and then removed before installing the new versions. Before installing the new SL Framework, did you disable ALL mods related to it?

Hey Ashal, Just installed v.166 and so far it works perfectly. Kudos. And thanks again for the quick response.

 

After this, I'm TURNING OFF UPDATES so I don't have to play this Bethesda game anymore. Should have done it ages ago.

Go to Steam, right click SkyrimSE, go to "Properties", Up-Dates, select "Only update when I launch". From then on, will only update when you launch from Steam.

 

OR, to stop Steam from up-dating, go to C:\Program files(86)\steam\steamapps, find appmanafest_489830.acf, right click, go to properties, look towards the bottom and find the "Read Only" box and check it, hit apply and you're good. Steam can no longer up-date skyrim. Down side is you can never again launch from steam until you come back and un-check the 'read only" box.
