SexLab SE - Sex Animation Framework v1.66b - 01/18/2024

I'm using the latest versions and open mouth expresion isn't working during oral animations.
I'm also an Argonian... Where are the proper logs at that I need to post if I do have to post any?

The only mods overwriting it in MO2 are SLSO and Sexlab Utility with improved camera and it's relevant patch also.

I'm running SSE v1.63, and it seems the ragdoll ending toggle doesn't do anything. both actors just stand up at the end of the scene.

I think in that version already detect the position of the actors before use try the Ragdolls Idles. In which case the ragdoll get executed just on laying animations or some aggressive animations depending of the actor position.

Any way to fix this? No use in updating to 1.65 right?

isnt there a menu that pops up that lets you pick the anims instead of just switching the anims instantly?

That menu is from "SexLab Defeat" or "SexLab Tools"

Those log's are not the ones I need. The "Papyrus.0.log" and "SexLabDebug.0.log" will be on your documents "\My Games\Skyrim\Logs\Script\" and the folder "User" there.

If aren't there is because you have to enable the Debug options on the "Skyrim.ini" settings this values on the [Papyrus] section.

bLoadDebugInformation=1

bEnableTrace=1

bEnableLogging=1

I tried these steps for myself but somehow i don't get any logs whatsoever. Is there anything that can interfere with this?

Ok so this might have been asked before but im not reading through 420 pages now.

I have the following problem. Im running skse v.2.2.3 for SkyrimSE. So when i install sexlabs v_165 it says when i try to start the game its not compatible. When i run sexlabs v_163 i can start the game just fine but ingame it says the version is outdatet.

I have deinstalled and reinstalled everything but i cant figure out the problem.

Sorry if this is an easy answer but im a noob when it comes to mods.

Read the first post or the mod description page and then make sure you download the correct skse. There are 2 skse v. 2.2.3 - one is for the game purchased from Steam (game version 1.6.640) and the other is for the game purchased from GOG (game version 1.6.659). If you have a different game version you need a different skse version.

And when you test OpenMouth expression via SL MCM, does it work, do they open?

Sorry for the absolute noob question, but I just started a new game with SexLab installed (since I could not get it to work on my old saves - I know, it's written in the instructions), but I still can't manage to figure out how to make NPCs 'do' things with the player. I tried targeting an NPC and pressing N, which prompted some text, but no subsequent animation. Help please?

@D4v3D4v3, just as it says in the description, this mod does nothing itself. It's a framework that provides the hook that allows other mods to initiate interactions between npc and player.

You need at least one of those other mods.

A good place to start is to browse the Sexlab downloads section to find something that has the flavor you want. You can select a sub-category to start: quest related, combat, etc. Some mods that require Sexlab are in the Adult Mods section.

Hello, since a few weeks I have a weird hotkey problem:

I'm using "b" for next animations.
I'm using "v" for next animation stage.
I'm using "z" as reverse direction modifier.

I always used these hotkeys without any problems. Hotkeys like z+b and z+v always worked great in the past.
Only z+b doesn't work anymore, so I can not go back to the previous animation set.
I doesn't installed any mods in the last time that uses hotkeys and if that would be the problem, the hotkey z+v (prev. stage) wouldn't work too, right?

Is there any way to fix this without reset my settings, etc?
I'm running v1.64c

Thanks for the help! I knew SexLab was a framework mod, so I installed a number of animation sub-mods, but nothing to initiate the deed, but I now have, and it now works!

Follow up question - is there a setting/hotkey in SexLab that allows you to choose the specific animation to be used for the specific occasion (or a SexLab sub-mod that allows you to do this)? So you don't have to disable and re-enable all animations save one all the time to get the one you wants...

No, but under player hotkeys in the mcm there is the option to swap out the animation. It doesn't bring up a menu, just switches the animation for another that hopefully fits the criteria called for by the mod initiating the sex.

---------------------------

Now, what you can do is go to the Toggle Animations tab. Under 'View' you can select Toggle - the default, Foreplay, Aggressive, or Creatures to bring up what animations are in those categories. Under Foreplay or Aggressive you can see which animations are considered aggressive and can select/deselect under that category. It's been a long time since I looked at that, so my memory may be hazy. I'm guessing you'll need to save your game or even save & quit.

Also under the same tab, you can select 'Filter by tag' and then select one of the many tags from the menu. When you exit  the dialog box, all animations with that tag are listed. Then go to the Action toggle and select 'Toggle Filter Action' to show all the anims and the ones with the tag are marked. This is something I've never done before, but I'm guessing you can then select/deselect which animations you want to have that tag. You can do this for as many tags as you like, then save and, probably, exit. I don't know if your changes can be saved from one game to the next of if you would have to do this for every new game.

However, my understanding is if the mod calling for sex doesn't use a lot of tags or calls for a tag that none of your anims are using, Sexlab will try to fill in with another anim.

Tell me, is FNIS Creature Pack required to be installed? I opened the sexlab tab and there is a question mark next to this mod. I thought that if you don't use these nasty creatures, but the FNIS Creature Pack is not necessary.

Only if you install creature animations, that last MCM tab is just informative
