Using a mod manager is far preferable to manual installation because of updates- a mod manager tracks each and every file it installs, making it dead-simple to uninstall or update the mod even if the new version's files have a different name and/or path from the old version. Installing non-Nexus mods with Vortex is the same as installing Nexus mods with the exception of the necessity of importing the downloaded archive into Vortex: 1. Open Vortex if it isn't already open 2. Make sure the correct profile is active at the top left 3. Switch to the "Mods" pane 4a. Download SexLab Framework to your Desktop, then drag it from your Desktop and drop it into Vortex's large "Drop Files" box >>>OR<<< 4b. Download Sexlab Framework to your Vortex Downloads folder, default C:\Users\Angie*\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\downloads\skyrimse (if your name is Angie ) 5. Respond "Enable" to the popup prompt at the top right when it appears 6. Respond "Deploy" when the Enable popup changes to Deploy 7. If you do not have FNIS set to run automatically as part of the Deploy process, run FNIS 1
Warfieldz Posted March 14, 2020 Posted March 14, 2020 exscuse me, but i'm really confussed, i tried install- reinstall mods many times, one-by-one, or all in one times, but game alway show me thast page. i tried to extract file from zip file to other folder, then replace it in SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\SkyrimVR\Data\SKSE\Plugins, but it did'nt work too. Mods're based on sexlab still working, sex scene still works. But in MCM, i can't access to sexlab tab to config it. But when scene's working, NPC and Follower are still fine, but when my character play scene with them ( 1 on 1 or play some) my char always appears wrong direction, like 2nd pic mods that i tried: SexLab Framework SE 1.63 - BETA 8, Sexlab light, sexlab VR patch My game is skyrim VR
117Jorn Posted March 15, 2020 Posted March 15, 2020 Okay so I installed everything I need for the mod to work... however whenever I initiate the scenes, the characters are just standing around in their default underwear while sex sounds are in the background. Did I miss something?

Did I miss something? FNIS. Install it and use GenerateFNISforUsers. If you use Vortex/MO there is an additional step to use it properly. In Youtube are videos showing the setup process and usage for each mod manager.

First off, thanks - I think I figured out the issue with this. They are doing movements now... but they're still in their underwear and not naked, so I assume I need extra mods for that.
trashflicks101 Posted March 15, 2020 Posted March 15, 2020 So I´ve installed SL with Vortex, have all the other requiered Mods and when i go to mcm it tells me that everything is ok, but when i click on install nothing happens ?

This is something I've commented before (and of course others too), the current requirements listed are not entirely accurate and IMO they should be updated to properly guide newcomers. In order to have a fully functional setup for Sexlab Framework you'll need: SKSE64 SkyUI FNIS - this is needed for every mod adding/using additional animations. Install and use GenerateFNISforUsers (check the text output, any warnings/errors must be fixed) Body replacers - you need mods to replace the default male/female bodies, otherwise you'll see the ugly vanilla bodies during sex scenes Males: the most easy one is SOS (I recommend the full version, remember to use the one for SE) Females: CBBE for SE would be the easiest one, but you can also use UUNP bodies (converted from LE files or a new variant whose name I can't remember now) XPMSSE - this is the recommended skeleton for almost everything, install last or make sure no other mod is overwriting its files (only exception is if you want to install creature mods, in which case you should follow the install instructions for More Nasty Critters) Sexlab Framework - latest release compatible with the SKSE64 version you have At least one mod to trigger the sex scenes in game. Reminder: you need to use GenerateFNISforUsers after you add or remove any mod containing animations, otherwise you'll experience bugs in game like the famous T-pose. And that's just the basics, I'd add stuff like Fuz Ro Doh to be able to read silent dialogues, SL Anim Loader to easily add new animations and at least a mention to CBP/CBPC or HDT so people at least know there are some easy-to-add physics to bodies. An easy way to get links for most of the mods I mentioned above (+ all the available mods for SE) is checking the Conversion tracking thread. 1

Did I miss something? Yes, it sounds like you missed running GenerateFNISforUsers.exe. @Ashal said that it isn't (always?) required, but that was in response to my suggesting that another user run it after unregistering (suppressing) some SL animations. So AFAIK you still need to run FNIS after installing/reinstalling/updating SL.

googlexe Posted March 16, 2020 Posted March 16, 2020 I'm using mod organizer 2 to use this mod. Everything seems to work just fine. Except I can't seem to load any animation packs into sexlab. I install them as mods and enable them in MO2, run fins and start the game only to find just the animations that come with this framework. SLanimloader doesn't seem to help. I have a feeling I'm installing the animation packs wrong.

You'll see some "Click here" options in the SLAL MCM, the quickest way to enable them all is click where it says "Enable all" and then "Register animations". It takes time (20 sec - a couple of minutes, depending on the amount of animations you want to add) you should see a message to confirm the new amount of anims registered. After that, the animations from the packs should be used by any mod you have installed. 6 hours ago, Vyxenne said: BHUNP and UNPR both come to mind. And I'm a simple man, so I just stick to different presets for CBBE in SE.
googlexe Posted March 17, 2020 Posted March 17, 2020 Nevermind. I guess the only way to get mods working is to sacrifice much time and many braincells then it just works. I believe your advice worked out though, thanks.

You'll have to do better if you want that sort of attention. No, you just have to follow the instructions for each mod. 1
BreadDain Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 So, speaking about orgasm effects and camera shake. Poor Vyxenne is probably already tired of explaining users how to fix missing cum effect, searching in this thread shows mostly her responses. But I am here because of camera shake mostly. Can we have QoL change to get 2 separate options in config to toggle cum effect and camera shake, so it doesn't confuse users after Oldrim SL?
diddy17 Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 My Skyrim SE crashes when loading Sexlab Framework. Is there a FAQ for this, or is their anyone that can help me with this?

It feels like an insult when you've done the same routine for the 5th time for it to work seemly magically when it was one mundane almost trivial step. I thanked you for the moral support in the end anyway. I apologize if I come across insensitive, modding seems mindless with bethesda games half the time.

Using mods can become a challenge if you rush it, investing more or less time depends on the time it takes for each one to learn with the available info (which is huge but scattered everywhere). And don't worry, re-reading your comment I think I just misunderstood the point of your too much time/braincells part. 18 hours ago, diddy17 said: My Skyrim SE crashes when loading Sexlab Framework. Can you open the MCM to check the status of SL framework? Check that your SKSE64 version match the Sexlab framework you're trying to use. Skyrim SE (1.5.97) -> SKSE64 (2.0.17) -> Sexlab Framework SE 163 beta 8. Check that you have the minimum requirements (SKSE64, SkyUI) properly installed. You need more than these two to make everything work, but at least with these two requirements you shouldn't crash. Check if your mod manager is reporting any warning/error before launching the game.
artyions Posted March 18, 2020 Posted March 18, 2020 Damn, I been looking for this for hours now is like I can't find it for SexLab.esm to SE anywhere, but I found it again
Limbic2Node Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 Almost {almost} embarrassed to ask this... once the characters are aligned how do I save the positions? Do I go to the debug section and export the settings or do I go to the animations page with the global / Male Nord (me) and whatever type of race settings or am I so blind I don't see a save button? Thanks. PS Is there a mod to do that?

After you use any key to align any actor in a sexlab scene you'll have a .json file. The mod will use that file to save all the align changes you make. So as long as you keep that file your align settings will be preserved.
uforiah Posted March 19, 2020 Posted March 19, 2020 hi! sorry for the newbie question here, but i was wondering if downloading this still requires fnis? or does it not
