The new way to get the file to download is to click to the big button 

that is on the top of the very first page.

 

Stop reporting files that already have this button.

The link on Mega is expired.

The author has to renew it.

Actually, I think that ALL files that came from the "old" site have this error, because the new site uses a new "support topic" structure =)

Well, I fixed my files myself, but I can say that it's an endless job to replace all links in all topics manually.

That's a Mega link, whether it's still active or not has nothing to do with LL but is up to the uploader.

What we're mostly doing in this thread is fix issues caused by the upgrade, such as the links from support topic OP to download page getting lost.
