The uploader never mentioned what they were, the comments are already years old, and his acc is currently banned. The outfit is called "Jill BSAA" and it's adapted from some resident evil game. It looks like someone converted it for oblivion from the fallout version, but I didn't find it on nexus and haven't had any luck on google. I recognize some of the others, but I can't put my finger on them...

I recall the screenshots, since I've seen them on tesnexus personally . Most of the ones not identified are mash-ups.
