I'm looking for a mod that adds pretty female NPC bosses scattered around Skyrim for the Dovahkiin to find and fight (or enslave if you have pahe installed )  is there any mod like this out there?

You can attempt to make something like this yourself using Familiar Faces and NPCs that you made.  I've always found them to be a bit easy to beat though.

Well there is the female enemy monster aesthetics leveled encounters - more sexy creatures by Fiuzo mod found on the nexus that might be right up your alley. It adds many female type creatures around the world.

My personal advice: download followers on nexus, use NPC visual transfer to transfer follower's face into any bosses you want

Change mud crabs into mud crab women.

 

They won't be bosses, but what the heck.
