1.1 Released - NPCs can now give birth, fixed the bug with NPC's belly growing again after month 10

I have an issue with the Father quest - my character was impregnated by a violated gen 2 synth, which was dead when I came back (probably killed by the quest stage, it was the one where you fire a rocket motor at Danse). Obviously, I couldn't talk to it, but when I approached other father candidates, the dialogue wheel didn't appear - they just greeted me with the "Why are you looking at me like that?" and I couldn't access any dialogue with them.

The father dying probably screws something up.

In any case, the Father quest is not compulsory - as of right now (no relationship or marriage mechanics implemented yet), it's kinda for fun - doesn't really have much impact. If you haven't completed the quest by the time you give birth, you'll just fail the Father quest.

But when the quest blocks the dialogue for, say, a merchant or a quest character, it can be problematic when it stalls out. Maybe a failsafe of some kind?

Good enough, though I was thinking of something more general purpose, like having a toggle in the control panel to disable mod dialogue.

I've been in the first month and taken an abortion. When may I update the mod, does the belly have to form back somehow, like it's been in Beeing Female (Skyrim)?

Or are there any other update instructions, like "don't be fertile/pregnant/no active quest/stopscript"?

You get an extra 0 to 15 percentage point body fat compared to before pregnancy after giving birth/ taken an abortion

That's all? After the abortion the belly still looks bigger and I've noticed that the pregnant-slider is locked.
Once again, please:
Are there any other update instructions, like "don't be fertile/pregnant/no active quest/stopscript/wait after abortion/uninstall+save+install"? Thanks in advance.

edit: chosen the uninstall+save+install methode, the big belly was gone after the first step, the slm slider also works again.

Not sure what's going on when i make changes for this mod in the CP, whether it's the fertile notification or the being pregnant one. Worked fine today till i had to restart my game cos i messed up the story lol. now i am not getting either of those even though it tells me it's being saved.

Just go into the CP. Change any setting in Mod Customization, don't have to be Family Planning, just so that you get "Applying your customization ..." - Family Planning will pick up your old settings then

Right thanks will try that. Awesome thanks alot it worked just grand. Out of curiosity the owner of the mod Boston Breeder if i recall was looking for a way to make the pc character a breeder like the npc's in his story would this mod work for that?

Hey Vin,

First off, I would like to say great work on these mods! They are great additions to the game!

Could you suggest any ways to correct the stomach bulge issue with Cait and Piper? I know that you released 1.1 (which I have installed) that is supposed to address this issue, but it hasn't corrected their torpedo bellies. Am I missing a step while I was updating? If not, in the meantime is there some type of console command I can input to reset them to their original bodies?

Thanks!

The change only applies with the next pregnancy. IF you get them pregnant again, it should fix itself.

My bodies aren't scaling, even though I used console commands to get fertility to 100% and got a message saying it worked.  However I didn't get a "F4SE morphs" checkbox when I installed the cbbe body.  I have everything else though; F4SE, looksmenu, and bodyslide.

Not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong, everything else seems, including other mods I have, seem to work.

You need F4EE morphs tickbox when you install CBBE , it's always there during CBBE installation wizard. Without it, it will never work no matter what.

Manually install & open the F4EE Morph folder & drag it's contents (F4SE Folder, Meshes Folder, & CBBE - Main.ba2 File) to the DATA folder on your Hard Drive.

:D :D :D :D :D :D

Hello Vin. I'm repeating a lot of folks here, but thank you for your work on these mods!

If I could trouble you with a question (and sorry if someone has asked this before), are there are any plans to add debuffs and effects associated with pregnancy, such as morning sickness, reduced action points, movement speed, effectiveness with weapons, or (while it may be a bit grim) miscarriage? The mod as is already works wonderfully, but I'd like to someday see pregnancy affect my character using game mechanics. I realize this mod is still very much a work in progress and certainly don't expect these things to happen overnight, but I'm curious if you or some other talented modders are interested in adding such features in the future?

yeah. Adding these won't be hard at all, just have to find the right balance for gameplay, that's all. Will do them when I get a couple of days of free time.

I'm in two minds about miscarriage. If I add it, it will be a control panel option that's probably disabled by default. Same as any visual screen effects really. I learned from my Skyrim work that some people have motion sickness or just can't stand screen effects of any kind, so any screen effects added will need to be accompanied by the options to disable them.

This of course, but also if you are not sure, or the body preset you have, or making your own one off a default cbbe preset, check the box named build morphs and that will add i think it was tri or something like that to your preset build and then batch build the entire outfits and so on you use. Scaling then shall work with this mod and the ingame sliders too.

After almost completely reinstalling all my mods, I found out there was an install error with my F4SE.  For some odd reason it didn't completely install.  But as soon as reinstalled and launched it once through the f4se launcher, everything worked.

My bad, but thanks for the excellent mods vinfamy! I'm actually starting to replay fallout 4 now!  :D

Hey, congrats for being the mod to make me stop being a lurker :].

Seriously though, this mod is great. I love the gradual body changes and whatnot, though I had a few questions/suggestions if that's okay.

I was wondering if there's a limit to the body changes? Like if it can't go past a slider limit, I was curious as to if it'd be possible for a chance to have twins or even triplets. A tell would probably be the fact that your character's/the NPC's belly is larger then it should be. (Mostly because I'm a freak and want an excuse for more growing/preggo stuff :'D). If it's not realistic then... uh... well, blame radiation!

I appreciate all the work you're doing, and am looking forward to future updates :].

I can't seem to get the body changes to work - I've built the models, and looksmenu bodysliders work, but Family Planning doesn't cause visible changes, nor does Diverse Bodies seem to work. I'm using Mod Organizer, if that's of any help - I'm a bit out of my element and out of ideas here.

Good point. Currently the changes already have an element of randomness so everyone's bodies will look slightly different during pregnancy. Haven't thought about twins and triplets, thanks for reminding me. They are pretty easy to do. I'll add a chance for twin/ triplet in the next version of this and the CP

Have you ticked F4EE? Are you using Unique Player/ NPC type of mods?
