Xaqq Posted June 4, 2017 Posted June 4, 2017 I friggin loved vigilant but i couldnt finish it cuz it just got too freaky in some dungeons for my tastes. are there any great quest mods out there that are immensely engaging/on the level of vigilant but require less time in the darkness/dark-ass dungeons?

machi6667 Posted June 6, 2017 Posted June 6, 2017 You could try out Molag Bal's Inferno. It's not in a dark cave per se, but some of its areas are quite dark. Also, Beyond Reach is pretty good, especially the final missions. You could check it out too.

It's creppy as hell The second part of Vigilant, the silent hill homage part, is even creepier He did very well to make me uneasy, and that's no easy task. But I will say this, power through the first two stories because once you get to the final part, it takes on more of an adventure game in a new world space that is amazing and it would be sad if you missed out on it.
kniff Posted January 15, 2021 Posted January 15, 2021 Unslaad, from the same author as Vigilant, was updated with additionnal content a while ago. There's also Glenmoril that is still being updated (again, same author) Apotheosis is still in developpement but something to check out once in a while.
