I had previously used the Femboy Race Reborn mod for characters, but am intrigued on using the body morphs via Racemenu so I can still have the skimpy armor and such for use.

 

Here's my question: Can you manipulate the physics just for the PC? The breast physics for NPCs just doesn't make sense for a femboy. I don't want remove them entirely though as I want to see that ass shake.

Investigating using a modified Femboy Bodyslide preset with Lunari Race (female, set to male in Sexlab)
I've got KEO's Hentai armor to fit, but boobs move a bit. So I suppose all female CBBE armor could be made to fit via Bodyslide.
Fur armor is from HIMBO, but some others have a neck seem issue. Will investigate further.

link to the amour with sub cellar. also I believe all armor can get a flat cheats look in body slide. but it interesting to know himbo works for this too. sense it fem like armor for males

So IN VORTEX you want to go your mods tab(thats all the way to the left) then go to  Open/Open game settings folder/ SkyrimPrefs

Turn "bSA0enable" from 1 to 0 as shown below

Yours is set to 1 mine is set to 0. So change it to 0

You should take a screenshot again where you most see the pixilation  so you can take a before and after pic
