Billyy's SLAL Animations (2026-6-4)

I don't know if you could call this a progress, but 1 animation from your set decided to work properly. I'm getting so annoyed by MO2, it didn't tell me what's overwriting your animations, yet the boobs are ruined, ugh.

Maybe use something other than MO2... :)

Nothing will be overwriting my animations, that's not where problem comes from. Some base Skyrim resource for the body or skeleton isn't compatible.

As per my FAQ I put into mod page a long time ago at this point.

"

Q: My characters breasts stretch during some animations.

A: You'll want to make sure you're using a recent version of XP32 skeleton. Factoryclose added some bones into the new versions that in theory improve the experience and give animators more bones to utilize. Could also be caused by odd old physics setups.

If the nexus page is to be believed, XP32 was last updated over a yr ago. In that case, I already have the updated version the entire time. Just for some reason, it decides to be a problem just now.

skeleton, bodybuild, physics must match on the latest build for your pc.

If the body you use has been build with an outdated or overwritten skeleton it may cause issues. Same for physics.

skeleton is the nail where you attach the hinges. hinches are the bodynif. physics makes the hinches moving.

Just imagine, a nail was missing when building your body. No reference where to place it.

For me it looks like some kind of a build of cbbe with 3BA physics on an outdated skeleton.

I don't know how to use outfit studio so I did not build any skeletons, that's why this issue baffles me so much.

not skeleton, not OS butBodyslide your body.

 Recommend:

If you are sure to have the latest skeleton and latest CBBE 3BA body (or a version later than V2.x)

Use this default body nifs of 3BA as your body. Let this overwrite everything.

Your body might look different, but this is to trace down the issue.

Another point could be, you use the unique body feature with an wrong body. (female_1.nif)

Check, if you use CBPC or SMP for the breast and use the proper settings for this.

SMP might fail if the scripts/calculation cannot update within the frame rate or wrong settings with wrong limit values.

Sorry, I've been away from Skyrim for many months, it will take me a while to go through what is needed to be done here. Unless there's an update on CBBE I don't know about & if the nexus page is accurate, CBBE was last updated on 2016, which is the same version I am using, but I didn't even update any of the sexlab mods either (hence I woke up 1 day & the animations are broken).

So you suggest I reinstall CBBE with 3BA & see if the problem is fixed, right? As for the breast, all I know is that I installed HDT breasts & nothing else. Based on my quick google search, CBPC & SMP are all SE stuff? If so, I don't have them (I am pretty certain I don't have them).

this has been updated this year, tough it's not your problem.

Your problem is everything after the latest skeleton seems to be outdated incl. physics.

Hi all, i need help. I installed the new mod and ran FNIS afterwards, now when loading the game it will sometimes ctd when i hit the title screen and my character is Tposing all the time now. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod, running FNIS again, tried rebuilding the SLAL database of animations but still happening. Any pointers on how to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks in advance.

Hey guys, does anyone happen to know if it's safe to merge slal plugins?  I'm on VR, which can't make use of light plugins, and I'm trying to trim down my precious esp slots.  If I merge all these animation plugins together, will animated object still show up?  It's hard to tell in VR because animated object attached to the player won't show up anyways, but the ones attached to an NPC do.

Hey guys, is there a way to scale/move animObjects during scenes in game, ala Sexlab's rotation and movement features? They all seem to be slightly misaligned to my character, likely because my character's scale isn't the same as the creators and the objects seem to be attached to the player.

EDIT: Somewhat tedious, but you can just edit transform the object in nifskope, which seemed to work. You can even reload it live while ingame to gauge position that way.

Hello there. I'm having trouble with these animations. Whenever I try to play any animation starting with Billyy, the characters just kinda stand there all coupled together.
So far, I've tried rebulding animations registry too many times than I'd like to admit to, reinstalling different versions of the mod, updating FNIS and de-installing creatures to no avail.

I can provide all other information if needed.
Any help is appreciated!

Also, attaching mods/plugins list from Mod Organiser 2 (Some mods were installed manually to make sure they were actually installed correctly).

Not my strong suit. If running SE you can try downloading the LE version and running it through a converter. Something some people seem to have had success with.

I see, I'll try that next although I'm a noob with this mod stuff. How would one convert LE anims to SE? Do I use CAO or this instead?

I just use CAO when I need to convert something. So far, so good.

Hmm... HDT Physics was last updated in 2014, that means mine is up to date.
HDT Breast & Butt was last updated in 2014, that means mine is up to date as well.
Man, I don't know what went wrong. I try to shuffle the load order around, I found Billyy still has the breast problem.
