SoS missing core.esm?

In the load order of Schlongs of Skyrim, one of the masters is "Schlongs of Skyrim - Core.esm", but I don't have that. What am I missing?

Sorry for the late reply. I guess what I should have asked is, is core.esm supposed to show in my load order? Because it's not there.

I use NMM and it shows up in my load order. What mod manager are you using? How many mods do you have installed? Have you tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it.

Nevermind, I found it. Apparently it was just really high in my load order and I glanced over it. 0-0'

How can you find a 2017 post about it but not the mod page for SOS? If you search for "skyrim sos" it's literally one of the first results you get.

Having this issue aswell, I downloaded and installed the latest version of SOS Full, using Vortex as my mod manager and schlongs of skyrim core.esm DOESN'T EXIST. 
Not as in I can't find it but... it simply is not there. Vortex can't find it because it was never added or removed.


What gives?

Did you deploy the mod? esms esls and esps only show up in the list after deployment.

I use vortex and i have it present

 

 

I'd check the archive that you installed into vortex and see if its present before installation, if its not then download it again from the download page

 

Also be worth checking the plugin option in vortex and checking its enabled, maybe its disabled for some reason

Originally had the same issue of missing the Core.esm as well. Redownloading the newest version of the mod fixed it. Seems the mod author added it in. Use version 1.1.4!

Can someone please help me? I have been trying to get SOS to work in skyrim ae but it always tells me that the core esm is not active, I check in loot and see the esm, but it is inactive. How do i turn it on, I have been fighting this for 3 weeks, I just want to get SOS working. Much thanks.

As someone said above, use 1.1.4 instead of the most recent if you need core.esm

I think the most recent SOS listed here is for VR compatibility and the core.esm was merged into something else? It doesn't look like there are any major changes so using an 'old' version of an already very old mod won't be noticeably different.
