I'm going to try and play around with the default armor's later but I've only ever did that with Oblivion and Skyrim using nifscope before. So with local play you can save your game buy making a copy of the save file and storing it somewhere. Would people like a simple save game manager tool or would that just be a waste of time since it's easy to do by hand? I don't think there is actually a need to edit meshes manually. You could just open a mesh in UE editor(Blueprints->open asset, just type in filter "mesh female upperbody" and look for armors), set material of part of clothing we are trying to get rid off to debug_test_transparent, then attach breasts physics (physics->sk_human_female_upperbody), save and cook the mod. Will test if it works as soon as my mod finishes cooking (it's been 20 minutes already ;/) P.S. Applying transparent material didn't really work. Tried to edit .fbx in Blender, but Blender fucks up skeleton royally, when you reimport mesh into UE4 its an errorfiesta...Will try to edit meshes in Maya.

Since i've seen images of people playing with maxed sliders where the boobs just slip out the armor (maybe an effect of physics , but still, they are underneath it) You could also ask a guy called TonboSP in the Ark Workshop - (He have a mod called Utiliskins - that make skimpier versions of the armors)

If you want to change size you can do it server side by editing saves. (Enormous wang tutorial) Or you can edit meshes and physics of the sk_human_male_bottom.

When you equip/unequip armor it actually switches entire upper/lower body mesh. And armor meshes dont have breasts or genitals. You can reattach naked lower/upper body as additional bodypart but then we have problems with physics (if we use female physics from naked body, breasts clip through armor, if we use cloth physics breasts don't jiggle). Same with male genitalia.. P.S. Physics problem with male lowebody is even worse, as all lowerbody meshes have cloth physics attached to them, so male genitalia start behaving as cloth if you attach a naked body as additional bodypart. Not sure if there is a way to have separate physics for genitalia and the skirt..

But i have no space for the tookit until i get my new external HD =( Also youre saying about how the armor mesh is empty inside.. buy why this happens then? conan2.jpg Notice the breasts underneath the clothes The same happens with other armors Set priest armor looks like this: In Maya when you delete the bra mesh it looks like this: The game handles the armor equipping process by using blueprints, as far as I know it does a lot of weird stuff that is beyond my knowledge to adjust armor mesh to your character (skin colour, breast size etc) but in the end it still uses the armor mesh, tried to manually remove vertices from coarse tunic mesh and it ended up with two weird holes into abyss instead of breasts in game... However it can be fixed if you attach a naked upper body as an additional bodypart in UE, but then problems with physics start... I am a complete noob in UE editor, maybe there is an easier way to mess with armor meshes through blueprints and how it adjusts armor mesh to your character. I just started learning UE editor and blueprint stuff is really confusing for me.

Freaking thing is still downloading. Don't think its too hard, since there are many Ark mods already. If i remember, the engine is C++ based (you just need to find the file with the values, and change). Also remember any modding tutorial from ark would work on Conan (same engine, same files) Turns out you were right, it's pretty easy! Sadly it's also pretty tedious if you want to do large scale changes like increasing all weapon damage for players.

I increased all weapon damage by x2. Mainly for solo play, since I find clearing NPC camps pretty hard by myself. That boss monster hp decrease mod looks good though, I hope the community can steer away from the "click at stones faster and with more players than the others on the server to invalidate their clicking on stones by destroying their stuff while they are offline" gamefocus of Ark and Rust.

Chekist Posted February 12, 2017 Posted February 12, 2017 Just a quick note if anyone have UE editor crashing when importing a mesh. Everytime you export a skeletal mesh out of unreal editor it adds a root bone with the name of the mesh. But if you try to import skeletal mesh with root bone called anything else than "b_root" unreal editor crashes. So you need to rename root bones to b_root and import mesh without skeleton to make it work properly. Took me almost all night to figure that out ;( P.S. Also you need fbx 2014 plugin for your 3D editor, otherwise UE editor will also crash when you try to import mesh back

xInFaMYx Posted February 12, 2017 Posted February 12, 2017 So other then skimpy armor is anyone know if there is Sex animations being worked on yet also for you modelers out there might wanna look into some things. 1. Getting rid of body hair for female models like the armpit hair on the females..... 2. Having the males being able to have circumcised dicks. 3. The ability to have more options on your character like multiple scars some face paint or body paint. And for a large mod that would take time but would be kinda cool to have. Pregnancy Mod- The idea behind this is that female characters (NPC and PC if it could work?) Could have a random chance of becoming pregnant after having sex which in turn can make the female give birth to a random thrall type to be added to you're base. I think this would be a pretty cool way to make a new way for thralls to be gotten also could open the door to mods such as a rape mod for RP purposes also you could in turn make a mod for thralls to be used as standing armies to march out for attacks. I see mods making the RP potential in this game go beyond what anyone expected for RP and could actually make one of the greatest Role Playing mediums for a game since City of Heroes... Let me know what you guys think of the mod idea I listed and maybe if a modeler out there can do something about female armpit hair .
