Hi everyone

new to animating and i have successfully managed to make two animations that are working perfectly in game , one of them however i cant figure out what the problem may be

The sims teleport away from the bed ( i checked the B_root bone as suggested on previous comments on this thread but its set to where it should be as in the guide)

Any help would be appreciated

@Ella9 you moved the bed object, you must keep it with zero coordinates just where it's been appended in Blender. Now you should clear bed's transformBone transforms and adjust sims position to it.

mm encountering a different problem now all together , now the animations are not loading in the game at all,

I triple checked all my files and everything looks as it should - I loaded 3 new animations into the game files with neither of them loading in game.

im assuming its xml issue but ran my XML through an XML check and it seems fine - is there a cache somewhere I have to maybe clear ?

@Ella9 clear the config from unused things. It says your animation uses a prop, but WW doesn't load animations with props that aren't installed. Your previous config was more correct.

I tried using older versions, like 2.79 for example, which has the old UI unfortunatley, and while that rig does work it's missing a lot of details. For example, I'm only able to move the main joints but not the small ones. This is the same for her face, I'm unable to change her expression. Her eyes are also fixed in place as there's nothing to click on to change her view.

I don't understand why the rigs with jiggle physics won't work for me. Newer Blenders cause the jiggle physics rigs to T pose despite using auto key and older versions are missing features. What am I doing wrong?  :'(

Hi everyone.  I decided to finally make some WW animations, and spent the last week or so lurking and searching around this thread to figure some things out.  Maybe a couple weeks.  ...Okay, months.  I finally have a working sequence that doesn't look like a T-posing Crypt Keeper or an amorphous blob of flesh.  It's just a male shower solo.  I figured it would be the easiest to start with.

 

Anyway, I feel like it's not quite finished but I can't really put my finger on what's missing.  If anyone would be so kind as to have a look and let me know what I can do with it, I'd appreciate it very much.  General feedback is also very welcome.

 

I've linked a 3rd party file host because I don't seem to be able to attach anything but images here.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?😭 This only happens when I try to upload the female's file. I'm using Blender 3.3 with Dagger's rigs. I've tried following TB's tutorials but I am more of a visual learner and There aren't many video tutorials available from start to finish. 

 

I'm also having trouble with the rig's textures not loading.  I found somewhat of a solution here on LL, but can only load textures on one rig at a time (which is usually the first to be loaded in and doesn't work on anything I 'append' in). I know I'm probably doing something wrong. If someone could tell me how to save each individual rig, with the updated textures, then that would also be awesome. TIA!

Well, the answer is easy, literally the rig you are trying to upload does not have keyframes, make sure you have the correct rig visible in blender

With some testing, I think I finally found out what the issue was. When deleting everything else from the scene, it was turning the female rig to 'object mode' for some reason.🥲 Switching her back to pose mode before saving seems to have fixed the issue. 

 

I will check out the video. Thanks for taking the time to respond!

Been following the tutorials and got my animation to display in-game... sort of...

The issue is that I didn't set out to create a Simgularity, but that's what I have somehow ended up with.

I used Dagger's Control Rigs, baked the IK for all bones, and imported as per Turbodriver's guide on Tumblr. I KNOW I messed something up along the way...

Is there a way to tell s4pe to use the low intensity or neutral voice sounds when setting up a sound event?

 

Also, do people have to own EPs to hear sounds from those EPs or do those get patched to everybody?  There was a discussion on it in here but it wasn't very conclusive.

Hiya! I'm currently using Daggers Control Rigs (male e6a & female e4) for making an animation and I've noticed some issues with the male control rig's tongue. The "b__Tongue__1" bone is locked from movement by default, but I figured out that this is because it was locked on the location tab. Not a big deal. However, the "b__Tongue__4" bone doesn't seem to affect the rig at all, no matter how I move it. I can still work with the "b__Tongue__1/2/3" bones, but I’m wondering if it’s possible to replace the male tongue with the female version, or if you could share how you resolved this issue for yourself.

UPD: I just checked the female's tongue and noticed that it has only "b__Tongue__1/2/3" bones, so the male's tongue has an extra bone that serves no purpose. Ah, I just love finding answers right when I think I'm stuck and decide to ask for help 😅

@Simpossible_xx, tongue_1's location is locked on purpose, you should not move it but rotate only, otherwise you can get the incorrect tongue positioning. Just consider this bone as real tongue base, you can't move it. 

Tongue bone 4 is obsolete and was removed from the rig long time ago, so you can remove it as well, it doesn't affect anything anymore.

You can replace the tongue mesh if you meant this. You can append another rig (e.g. the edited rig that WW offers), and re-assign its tongue object to your one using modifiers tab. Then move it into your rig's objects set in the outliner and remove your old tongue object. This all is just a technical part. And you can always look at the edited WW rigs as an example of bone set.

One more question regarding Daggers Control Rigs - for some reason there are no visible toggle for the nose bones on the control rigs (both male and female). Nose movement is really a small detail, but I wonder if its possible to activate/add them somehow?

The nose bones are in a different bone layer, I think it's the last one. If you don't know what I'm talking about, look up wildguy's comment on top of this page

Hi there, someone have problems to make appear VFX? During my last animation VFX doesn't appear, but XML is fine.
