A superhero themed expansion pack? That would be cool. ?

 

I have not played City of Heroes but if you hint at the last two pictures specifically, they do have a kind of a superhero vibe, now that you mention it. The sun was directly behind her so I had to angle the camera to take the shot slightly from below. This angle has the effect to make the person seem grander so it can be used on magazine covers and such.

Decided to get back into the Sims again. My newest creation is more or less a remaster or update of my pride and joy Sim. This update I was inspired by community member @erplederp. (s)he makes such cute and adorable sims and I decided to try something new. She is heavily influenced by his/her creations and advice and suggestions got me motivated to play the Sims again.

She looks great. I'd say you were definitely successful. I also really like the color co-ordination you used. Great job. I'd like to see what else you come up with. ?

@Molevalence Good job! ?? I really like the subtler makeup you picked for her and the more apparent eyeliner which brings out her eyes nicely (and looks good with the black glasses). I agree with 2cool4u on the color coordination. Perhaps the only thing I'd consider changing is the color of her nail polish - to more closely match either her red hair, her lips or her glasses. I usually try to avoid "isolated" colors on minor accessories and try to match them together or with the colors already present on the clothes. It might be just my personal mental issue though. ?

I created Michelle to add a little drama to Ivar's life but I liked it so much that I must definitely match them lol

Here are some sims I've downloaded from Etiennet (and 4 that I didn't) that I love the look of even though I did a few small edits on 2 of them.  The blue haired girl is a copy of Amelia Fintch but edited to be her twin sister with her own style.
