Extraction is done with 'Sims 4 Tray Importer' (or just simple screenshots) then i use 'Paint.net' to rework them.

Thank you both! Yeah, I'm very happy with her. Actually made pretty swift progress with her so far, settled on a name, Fiona, and finished up a bunch more outfits.
