This mod is long since outdated and wont work unless you can get hold of a version of the VotW mod at the time of creation. If anyone wants to try and resurect it they have my permission to do so.

 

 

VotW plugin - SexTapes

 

Description:
This is a plugin for Videos of the Wastland mod by Razorwire. Adds five "homemade" holo-sex-tapes featuring Piper, Curie, Cait and my own character Romanova.

 

My CK keeps chrashing so for now the only way to get them is through console;

 

help "sex tape" 4 = ID nr. for the tapes.

 

player.additem ID 1 = gets you one copy of the tape for the coressponding ID

 

 

 

Pre-install Requirments:

Use Nexus Mod Manager

Manual install:

 

Study the folder order in the .rar file then copy the files into your fallout 4 data folder.

Adds a "pre-war" porn movie named vault 69 to the wasteland. Comes as both a number of holotapes and as movie reels for the Starlight Driv-in. In color!

I like this idea. I wanted to re-edit and convert some of my New Vegas and Skyrim Machinema as "Lolipopz" porn tapes based loosely on the mods Quo Vagis and Coito Ergo Sum. but I found the conversion process for VotW too intimidating.

Thanks, I might make a few more, kind of like "pre-war" tapes when I get home (Pip-girl does Boston seems like a given so consider that title trademarked ).

 

As for the process being intimidating, if this was early after VotW was released it's gotten alot easier since then so you might wan't to check out Razorwires tutorial on youtube (check all videos before begining anything becouse some of the first steps have gotten obsolete which is explained in video 4 or 5). I'm not very seasoned mod maker my self, I mostly makes little changes to excisting ones to fit my own taste and rarley uploads anything so unless you never made any mods at all it should be easy enough to create a tape or two.

 

Maybe you're reafering to converting a existing FNV mod, which would be trickier I guess, but as long as you have a video file the process is fearly easy (but time consuming) if you follow the tutorial.

 

Also, ffmpeg might be needed for the batchscripts to work, but you can edit videos in any program as long at it stays in. mp4 format (I use Filmora myself and has never run ffmpeg since I installed it). As for the right screen ratio, I think Razorwire says 4;3 is prefered, but I made mine in 16;9 without problem. Start with a very short video (like a minute long) first and see if you like the result.

Too bad VoTW isn't being updated. With the Nuka World DLC there appears to be a mechanic that can be exploited as far as making TV stations (all of the Nuka Cola machines in the area have the Nuka World theme park commercial playing on them).

You have to type help first, also there should be a space between sex and tape, like this;

 

help "sex tape" 4

 

That should give you a list of five tapes + id nr. If not, then you should check if the mod is really installed/activated.

Sorry, not gonna be any reels for this one. Could be that I make a few more tapes w. reels in the future when there are more animations out, but I'm taking a break for now.

1. Sex Tapes do not work in My Game.

2. trying to play the Sex Tapes causes the player to not work, I have to scrap the player and make a new one.

The Vault 69 tapes work, the Nismoman tapes work, and the SPECIAL tapes work. I have downloaded the file twice

Trying to play any of the tapes from this Mod breaks the Player for all of the tapes that are provided by other Mods.

Great work VotH ................. is there a way to increase sound volume?

If you have an audio edit program you can open the soundfiles and increase the volume. I did this with the movie reels in my vault 69 mod. Not currently home so dont remember what program i used, but google is your friend. Not 100% on path either but think is simply "fallout 4/data/sound/video" or something similar
