This and all previous screenshots are so .. so beautiful in character .. but why is everything sideways? so that everything fits? .. your heroine is simply divine .. show your face, the dynamics of movement. I am almost in love with her. Show it in all its glory!

Recently got the Touched By Dibella body going. It's a bit of an intensely stylized body. These first 3 are with the breast size almost at default:

ScreenShot77.png

My 'Nude World Order' mod makes everyone look nude. :)

ScreenShot83.png

I've yet to make peace with my SoS settings... That mod needs a dial for 'minimum size'. Lacking that I just set the max to a bit silly high, and then set the chance of that size to 85%... What I really want is an even spread from about 3 to 12... but none of the 'tiny child sizes' of 1-2... So I guess in personal protest I just went 'absurd'...

Finally bothered to look up how to turn off the crosshair and compass again... something I'd forgotten how to do...

Not happy with my results in setting the dials for a face yet with racemenu. ECE was a LOT easier to get good results with...

ScreenShot87.png

I'm using a mod; "Everybody's Different" along with 6 or 7 presets I made, 4 of which are variations on dialing the extremes of this body down to 'normal looking' so that most everyday people look normal. This armor set is obviously 'converted to' TBD... there are some warping points and in one spot on the neck on the side it actually clips through the neck. Looks like I need to fix my sword position too...

Earlier I had the breast size dialed up for a bit of silliness but this guy decided to interrupt all that. This is used as my '6th preset' for NPCs now - once I make enough presets it'll just be the rare person who is that busty:

ScreenShot73.png

And right before I switched to TBD; I was messing with CBBE dials for some quirky extremes.

ScreenShot65.png

A consistent theme in all of these is the larger nipple size - and this is where I thing TBD shows it's superior polygons. It doesn't get distorted with this, and it also looks vastly better there at more normal sizes (though to get to normal on TBD, you actually have to dial UP the 'breast small' dial because it starts kinda big).

As this last image shows, a larger nipple on CBBE causes both a shape and texture distortion. The polygons are actually poorly placed in relation to where the morph occurs - and part of why I was going for so silly big here was to see how far I could get the dials, and which dials to use, before the distortion went into pixilation or broken polygons - in the image above, the nipple is not centered and angle above is different from below - that is the polygon distortion starting to be too severe.

Now that I've played with the limits of TBD, my next goal is going to be seeing how well I can recreate a 'normal looking person' with it... if I can, I'll keep it. If not, I have 24 presets made for CBBE and most of them are not extreme like the one above...

Enb: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/11660

Bodyslide preset CBBE in previus page.

Textures:

1) first install CBBE

2) install this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/798

3) install these textures over 2 other mods: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2962 (Young version)

4) https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/12507?tab=description

I’ve tried what you suggested with the following install order however mature skin over fair skin complexion seems to be causing a lot of problems with the faces. Am I picking the wrong options in the installer for mature? I picked young face in the installer and made sure both Fair Skin and Mature was CBBE textures. Could you give any advice please?

As I struggle with faces in my own design, I'm wondering - is that racemenu or ECE that I'm looking at there?

I've been wondering if my problems are racemenu not being compatible with my desired style, or lighting (I make this great looking faces, save out, and look at myself in game and it just looks different... but even if I solve for that, your faces here just look beyond what I can get the sliders to do).

Changed my look a bit. I think I am going to have to switch to ECE before I'm actually happy with the results.

This is with the small breast dial applied slightly to TBD.

The Sculpt feature came to SSE a little while ago, but it is still not compatible with ENB unless if you get the ENB fix by Boris (You can dig a little bit in the Racemenu comment section for the link because I'm too lazy to look it up.    Anyways, here's a character done in racemenu with Sculpt but I haven't had the time to perfect her.

I'm currently using Racemenu, with fair skin face texture and makeup, also facelight mod to make your character face looks better while playing

Would you please let a pleb know, if that diffuse map is off-the-shelf -- and if so, how to check it out for myself.

Well, considering that the character @ "stage left" in your shot is Rosa Round-Bottom, and from the mod maker's own description:

For RaceMenu users, a preset file has be provided for those who want to play as Rosa. READ THE README.doc first, provided in with the preset, to know which mods are required for the preset to properly work.

It's RaceMenu.

I'm certainly no expert at making beautiful faces, but there you go.

Actually that was Lydia. I tweaked her a little - changed hairstyle and adjusted the dials in creation kit. I use 'Everybody's Different' which assigns random bodies, hair, and brows to all the 'elegible' NPCs in my game (if they don't have a custom head or custom body, they get reassigned), but the two in this shot were on my exception list at the time so they're using the same body as me. The other NPC is a custom follower I made using the 'nose14' (or whatever it was - did that a year ago) trick to get an ECE head onto a follower.

A change in hairstyle is helping, but I think the real issue for me is lighting. I'm hesitant to use a lighting kit though as I've got Skyrim set up on a 2011 Macbook that I reformatted to run windows 10. :P

A slightly new look, and perhaps a slightly new... lifestyle... for our intrepid Danielle.

Had to shorten the hair up a bit. For access.

I usually like shorter hairs so I can see my character's back. So my current choice is a bit out of character.

Yesterday I spent all day messing with trying to figure out an ENB setup that wouldn't hurt my game speed much, and getting some skin texture replacements. The one that comes with TBD has no image in the genital area, so if it is used on a CBBE body you get a blank white stripe down below... (I found this out because my random bodies thing - I assigned skins around the bodies a bit. Then had to spend an hour undoing that which led to getting a new skin for myself. Now using Demonaic (myself and half the NPCs) and The Pure (the other half of the NPCs) - except for NPCs with their own custom skin. Those are both 4k-8k skins, I used the 4k, with a performance option on subsurface (black pixel to shut it off).

The ENB setup I used was extremely dark indoors, so I have been constantly adjusting the enbseries.ini interior settings trying to get that bright enough for me. It looks good here but I'm also standing right under a light.

Using SkyrimSE Re-Engaged ENB in performance mode (loses all features except color shading), with Aequinoctium ENB preset.

Set up like this I get about 20fps indoors, and 12-15 outdoors in combat. Playable. :)

ScreenShot130.png

ScreenShot131.png

This is the exact same face and body as in my last set of images. Only lighting and skin-texture has changed. Now I'm happy with the face, and starting to notice things about the body I don't like... TBD for me seems to put an odd brighter ring around the nipple - and when I go at certain angles I notice the mesh isn't smooth there. I think I might be able to fix that by dialing my preset down... but I am also contemplating going back to CBBE as the outfit above is one of the only nude outfits I have for TBD... ;):P

- and in the last image here in particular you can see how one of the legbands warped when converted over. TBD is almost double the polygons of CBBE - and I'm on the fence over whether that's worth it.

I reinstalled Skyrim.. actually more of a first time install of the Special Edition after 1000 hours of Oldrim. Happy to have re-created my character for a replay.

Is this your personal body preset?

Yes. But it is also based on the newish Touched by Dibella body. There are very few non-vanilla outfits out for that body. I know of 2 offhand, and this is one of them. It's an interesting body, it has about twice the polygons of CBBE, this you get a LOT of detail in the breast. But there are some interesting things missing - like there is just an 'innie' indentation down below and no ability to have that work with something like sexlab, very little ability to shape the belly - two shapes that don't work together well put out a cone in the upper belly or the lower belly that looks weird if you dial it up above just a little. It very much feels like a 'beta release' compared to CBBE... that could be vastly superior to CBBE but only if it's finished up more and better supported.

It does use the CBBE UV map though, so you can use skins from CBBE on it, but not the other way around (a TBD skin on CBBE has a plain white band over the vulva lips).

You also have to know how to use Bodyslide just to get TBD to be nude - the installer for it only installs an underwear version. Which is curious since I think 20,000 of it's 40,000 polygons are in the nipples... :O

.

EDIT: On the off chance you were asking for that, I'm attaching the preset. Note that it has the same dials for weight 0 and 100 - it wasn't very refined as it was only to be seen on me and not the NPCs. Some of the dials I then doubled further in racemenu).

So there is my bodyslide and racemenu preset. But it requires TBD, NOT CBBE. I'm in process right now of reinstalling CBBE to see if I can get the parts of this look I like back with CBBE, and then be able to have outfit choices again...
