I think he is seeing paradise by the hot tub light.

 

This shot is quite dark but I never quite got them into position again with more light. I also left it as a png this once as the water got distorted switching it to other formats.

The first outfit is a mashup from 2 mods:

-Minibikini CBBE

- H2135's Fantasy series 1 CBBE

(You can find these mods here in loverslab)

The second outfit is called Tribal Clothes CBBE.

Found them... there are multiple uploads of the minibikini here, and not all of them have the items you're using. This one did:

The H2135 outfit is illegally stolen from Daz3D - a company with a strict no redistribution policy, even for freebies. They are also known to sue places that host their stuff... so that outfit might eventually get this entire site shut down.

Edit: Found out why I wasn't finding the files even after you told me. I didn't have the latest version /facepalm

Now I just have to master the tutorial on converting that stuff to the new TBD body...

 

(I'm on the fence on that body - just started messing with it this morning. I've got it running at the same time as CBBE and 'everybody's different' - so the NPCs are using a random assortment 27 different presets I made for CBBE, but myself and some random followers that I thought used their own standalone bodies ended up on TBD... it's very high definition but has about 1/3rd of the sliders of CBBE so not as customizeable - but if I like it I will make a set of presets for everybody's different for it and retire my CBBE collection).
