Seriously, creating a character can be long!! Like 3 hours, but depending on how much time I have at hand and seriously... depending on HOW much time I want to spend creating a character, its really in the range of 1h to 3h. 

For the mods, I have tried many,many,many mods but I will share my current load order list for the "characters creation" category mods.

10 -15 min if you know what you are doing

over 200 presets, all body shapes UUNP, CBBE, UNPB ...

All skins LE/SE, finished skins of various followers...

over 50 racemenu presets, any Follower is potentially my character, or parts of it...all of that roughly 300 gb

@AWHA I use Mythical ENB with the Mythical Ages weather mod, Reshade as well, all tweaked to my liking....The girls on the left and right are from Ashers Super Mario Girls of Skyrim follower mod, I ported to SE....The other is my character...

Thanks. I use Mythical ENB too! I looked up the follower mod you mentioned but it appears the author has deleted it ?, see: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/95092
