If you can't find the prop with ctrl+f it's somewhere near the top of the document, for me it was after some lines called Loaded CAS Part Handler.

 

The only prop that came up was the bed double dildo. It's there and it still works.

There are several reasons for this.  Check the following:

 

1.  Are you running the latest version of Sims 4?  The current version is 1.52.100.1020 (as of June 20, 2019).  You can check this by opening GameVersion.txt in your Sims 4 folder (view attachment).  Wicked Whims will not work with pirated copies of the game.  You must be using Origin with a legal copy of The Sims 4.

 

2.  Are you running the latest version of Wicked Whims?  The current version is 4.3.5.142C (as of June 22, 2019).

 

3.  Do you have Mods and Script Mods enabled in your Sims 4 game options?  (view attachment)  These options will not activate until you restart your game (if they weren't enabled previously).  Both of these options are automatically disabled after all major Sims 4 game updates.

5.  Are you using a Resource.cfg file in your Sims 4 Mods folder?  (see attachments - use my attached one if needed)

 

6.  Do you have the correct WW files in your Sims 4 Mods folder?  (view attachment)

 

7.  Are you using Wicked Whims related mods that may not support the current version of Wicked Whims?  (Wicked Perversions, Basemental Drugs, etc.)  Try removing these mods and try again.  Check their sites for updates and support information.  If WW related mods don't expressly say that they support the version of Wicked Whims that you are using they WILL NOT WORK.

 

8.  Check all of your mods for updates.  If your game isn't running correctly use the 50/50 rule.  Remove 50% of the mods in your Mods folder until the problem goes away; then add the last group you removed back in a little bit at a time until the problem reappears.  This way you can narrow down and remove the offending mod.  You can also remove all mods to see if the problem exists in the vanilla game (create a new game when testing this as your existing save games may have mod information in them or could even be corrupted).  Narrow the problem down until you find the solution.

 

It is also a good idea to add new mods into a specific folder to test them.  Then, after they have been performing well for a while without issues you can move them into their correct permanent location in your Mods folder.

 

SimsVIP maintains a spreadsheet of what mods have been broken or updated by the latest patch. Everyone needs to bookmark that and regularly match it up with their own mods collection.

 

Maintaining, organizing, and updating your Sims 4 Mods folder needs to become a hobby.

Sacrificial Mods - FYI

 

If you are using Sacrificial mods and are getting a Last Exception error everytime you click on a Sim, you'll need to update these mods.  Two updates were posted today for 'Hoe it Up' and 'Extreme Violence'.

 

The only reason I'm mentioning it in this forum is because some of Sacrificial's mods are causing Wicked Whims to report Last Exception errors everytime you click on a Sim.

How exactly do you update a mod/package file? Ever since the June update when I try to make a new package file to test in-game, it will not appear in the animation list. I can see other animations, from before, but mine have vanished and I'm not sure how to fix it. 

 

I have updated my WW to the latest version and I'm currently on the latest version of Sims4 as well.  Any advice would be great! I really hope i just didn't overlook something really simple...

Anyone would help me, I would love to have only the nude default body replacement from the WW package, since it doesn't conflict with the game vanilla skin and by far is the best nude in my opinion. Anyway to get it without all the script mod and other resources, just the WW nude body?

I prefer it, tried redheadsims and it worked with WW but for me it's more buggy in game animations, it seems it works differently, like changes limbs differently?

You download the updated version of the mod and replace/overwrite it in your Sims 4 mods folder.

 

I don't understand what you are saying about making a new package file.  Package file creation is for modders and authors.  If you are trying to create your own animations for WW then you should ask an author for help.

 

Wicked Whims will rebuild the animation file list each time you load up your save game or create a new game.

You go through the animation list and read the author's description like everyone else.  When you download animations from an author it is all or nothing in most cases unless the author splits the animations out in multiple files.  There isn't an easy way to pick and choose specific animations/fetishes from the various animation authors.  Most authors have a theme for their animations, however some include a large variety of fetishes.  There is the option to blacklist certain animations, however that is very time consuming.

Generally, skintones are applied for all outfit categories.  You could have an edited or corrupted nude outfit on that Sim.

 

In the game, open up the console and try the following WW commands:

 

ww.fix

ww.fix_all_sims_nude_outfit

 

If that doesn't work you may need to edit the Sim in CAS and see what is going on.  Try changing the Sims skintone and re-test.  You can also try and remove all of the Sims skin details (click the small red x to clear all of them).

IIRC, WW 142c now enforces the EA load order for skins and overlays.  It's possible that the load order change caused this.  You'd have to move your skin or overlay intot the correct place alphabetically, such as by placing it in a directory with the right name.

But I'm in offline mode and stayed with the previous version of Sims 4 and WW 142b until all of the issues get worked out so I don't have an environment to provide more practical advice.  Perhaps one of our others can expand on this.

Hmm.. weird I have my Mods in alphabetical order and I use the Better Body Default skins... But still my sims don't have the nipples/areola

Delete this file from your Sims 4 Mods folder:  TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_StreamerMode.package

You probably have a skin or overlay that is overwriting it.

 

Create a new folder under Mods called zzzOverrides (use this exact spelling) and copy the attached file to your Mods folder (base folder, make a backup of the file you are currently using before overwriting it).

 

Move your Better Body Default skins to the new zzzOverrides folder.

Not currently available by Turbodriver.  He has an additional skintones mod that you can download and use but not the WW nude body.

I'm getting a 'last Exception' that is related to wickedwhims and a bathtub (the bathtubs are working normally), in the attached file, it's repeated 4 times over in bulk text/paragraph. It's the only one I'm getting.

 

I'm using game version 1.52.100.1020 with the lastest version of wicked whims alongside the hotpatch that was released. Does anyone have any advice. The game isn't crashing. So it's really just a 'niggle' but any info would be great

It's just an outdated furniture that needs to be updated.

You need s4s and do a batch fix.

Thanks for the tips, i did a batch fix and it did find 17 items that needed updating, however the bath issue still persists

Oh sorry, Yeah I am a creator and forgot to mention that.  D:

 

I'm following the tutorial exactly as I did before to make my first mod, but now it just doesn't work and the mod doesn't show up. Not even the older ones I made. People told me to update the mod itself, but I haven't the faintest clue how to do that. 

I'll just try to uhh... figure something out to eventually to get it to work again... or Idk...
