Yes but he has to use their source to correctly create the scripts and compile the .ts4script files. It's unfortunate but this was out of his control and so now he's scrambling to fix this. Anyway, it's up now as @hcardoso said in his post above.

Christ it was updated yesterday, guys! Let's also think about the fact that the new expansion is also coming out tomorrow too so it would be a waste to update the mod only for it to be obsolete in 30 hours!

The question is... Is it safe to update now? What do people think of the updated WW? Are there still only a few body mods/parts that are working with it? I have to say, I'm having a hard time not updating because of the terrain tool (which looks great), quality of life changes to the gallery and obviously the expansion dropping later this week.

I doubt it. The necessary code to support it was already added in the update so the DLC will just add the missing content.
