Sheila Posted May 29, 2013 Posted May 29, 2013 it's a shame that the large file can not be download by torrent
MrBojingo Posted June 7, 2013 Posted June 7, 2013 I have a small request for anyone who has this updated armor pack. Could someone dig through the .bsa and search for the head piece for this armor set? http://img2081.poco.cn/mypoco/myphoto/20120129/21/3935052201201292103073441994354076_003.jpg The one i have now gives me CTDs. (That sounds so, so wrong. Like i contracted a horrible disease). I'm trying to avoid downloading a massive file for 1 mesh. So i'm asking to see if anyone would send me the mesh (and textures related if possible) for the head-dress. I dont know what its called in the updated file, but the pack i got my set from was called Ank's Castle. And the files have weird ass names in the pack i got. So just in case it might help in locating it (if the paths are the same), the path my file was in was this: "meshes\ankcastle\armor\hystandalonec\ql\maozi.nif" Who the hell calls a head-dress a 'maozi'? Must be a different language, its the only acceptable explanation.
Fujii6lemons Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 i can't open the pack 2 7zip 001 and 002 and 003 files it says Corrupted.. help?
voodooatl Posted June 25, 2013 Posted June 25, 2013 I am far from experienced in conversion but would anyone mind if I gave some a try for UNPB?
Hollow_Fang Posted July 1, 2013 Posted July 1, 2013 guess a conversation time bout 1-8h per set That would still not to bad cause if you looked at about how much time each armour took to make probley tripple that !
TRELOXELO Posted July 3, 2013 Posted July 3, 2013 i forgot to dl the pack from home and i'm downloading right now from my office.... it's worth though cause there are some great armor in that pack!!!
D4rkm4tt3rx Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 Hi, when I try to wear the armors, my character becomes transparent...Maybe I did something wrong while add to BBP_ArmorPack.7z.rar ?? Please help
TRELOXELO Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 Are you sure you have installed it correctly?Mine work ok!!
johnny2by4 Posted July 6, 2013 Posted July 6, 2013 this armor pack looks quite nice, but before i start a few questions since i'm lost on the whole process here. having read through some of the posts i think the way to set up my game would be to install CBBE, than CB++, than TBBP, and finally XP32. is this right? i'm a bit confused about the difference between BBP and TBBP, can TBBP still be used for this even though the armor lists it as BBP? if so is this true across the board? if not can i install them both or would one overwrite/conflict with the other? finally, and i'm pretty sure this has been answered but i just want to make sure, but does this replace vanilla armor (steel, leather...) or is it an addition? i'm pretty sure it's an addition and thus wouldn't conflict with vanilla armor replacers but i wanted to ask. edit: another question, is it possible to use NMM to install these armors, or would i need to do it by hand? sorry for asking all this, and thank you for any and all help.
TRELOXELO Posted July 8, 2013 Posted July 8, 2013 Hey guys....just tried some of the amors and i got some tiny issues... In this image which i can't remeber which armor i'm using look at the hands...that finger looks very weird. And Also on some other armors when i jump breasts stretch and when i crouch dissapear. What have i done wrong. Some other armors that don't have breast physics are ok!!
johnny2by4 Posted July 9, 2013 Posted July 9, 2013 Ok, I actually made this a couple of weeks ago, since asianboy never came back. It places all the armors in different smithing categories. Also rebalanced their weight and protection to be more on par with regular skyrim armors, in fact none of them are as good as dragon armor except for obvious stuff like the alduin armor and some other dragon looking armors. Most armors that looked like clothing to me are classified as clothing and can be found found for smithing under Misc. I also took into account how much skin they actually covered and made up values that are less than regular skyrim armors in some cases, but it's not too bad since I use killer kleo's skimpy armor pack so my regular skyrim armors are already somewhat skimpy, plus I took their base values depending on the material they were classified into, which lead to some funny stuff like light dwarven and ebony armors that weight like 10 to 15 pounds. All(hopefully) Heavy gauntlets have the gauntlet perk assigned that allows them to get the unarmed bonus damage. The recipes are unchanged from the 1 iron ingot requirement, I may get around to changing that but it's unlikely. So yeah, the short is that the armors aren't much better than the top line vanilla skyrim armors, and some of them are in the iron and hide categories so you can't max smith them. But who cares, the game is really easy anyway, and looking good is more important. There's also some leveled lists for the outfits that really have no impact in the game right now even if you import them with wrye bash. But that's there because I was actually planning on adding the armors to bandits, and forsworn and other random enemies. I do this with every individual armor mod I download. But I got distracted and there's a lot of armors so I haven't gotten around to doing that yet. Thanks again to pichuchiu and Alan for bringing us this amazing armor compilation. Actually helps a lot for preventing reaching the dreaded mod limit. so, does the esp from this post still work for v2.2, really want a more balanced armor set.
royboy4 Posted July 9, 2013 Posted July 9, 2013 Noob here. I downloaded all 10 of the files for the body armor pack 1 and put them in the data folder. My question is where is the BSA file for it or where do i find it?
FinalCloud Posted July 9, 2013 Posted July 9, 2013 The 10 files are zip files, you need to unzip it first using something like 7Zip
XunAmarox Posted July 11, 2013 Posted July 11, 2013 If you can't figure out how to extract it just download the torrent lol.
Sharkey Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 Many thanks for these armours, makes me wish I had more than 5 followers and more than 2 properties.
onsera Posted July 15, 2013 Posted July 15, 2013 Hi all, I'm running into problems here and it seems like i'm the only one who is experiencing this. When i downloaded the files they're ending with the 001 and 002 and could noi t be read by the NMM. So what i did was i changed and moved the 001 tothe front of .7z. So now the file name looks something like this BBP_ArmorPack3.7z. The icon changed into the rar one but when i double clicked on it poped up an error telling me its damaged ? I tried to use NMM to load the adjusted rars but had no luck with it. Can anyone help ?
Sharkey Posted July 16, 2013 Posted July 16, 2013 To Onsera You have to have the program HJSplit (google it, it's free) to join the 10 files, the extension will then be .7z. After that you do what you normally do. Many thanks for these armours, they are truly awesome.

No that is incorrect put all the .001 .002 ect in one folder with all the files then unzip/ unrar the file with no .### extension win rar is free install then right click on file to extract here on both pack one and pack too all in same folder that should make them unrar the bsa esp and folder files if any then copy all the extracted / unrar / unziped files to the skyrim data folder and be sure to enable both mods in the load list
ttpt Posted July 19, 2013 Posted July 19, 2013 yeah, I still use my .esp, though it's probably missing the new wings that were added from 2.2, but I didn't really care for it. I did do a .esp for part 2 as well, but I never posted that The lady death helmet is still giving me crashes, but that's a model issue I think. As for the leveled list stuff, I actually have my own NPC plugin that adds custom bandits to the game but I ran into the grey face bug occasionally, which is why I never shared it. And through the wonders of TES5EDIT I made a patch that uses the leveled lists in this plugin and gives my custom bandits, necromancers, etc, the armors in this pack and also armors from any other armor mod I add. I'm actually thinking of starting a thread tutorial on how exactly to achieve this, since the patches are custom built in a way that sharing won't help anyone unless they have the same armor mods I do. Hollow_Fang, your modified .esp though, sounds better, kind of like what asianboy did for it at the start of the thread, because I never got around to changing the crafting requirements, I'm not big into blacksmithing since I prefer my enemies to randomly have the armors. I also found out it's better to keep the leveled lists in a different plugin, since it's easier to modify it that way and wryebash can merge levelled list only plugins into the bashed patch. I think I'll actually start this leveled list tutorial with TES5EDIT on the weekend.
Talos007 Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 anyone can help me how to download this ? how i get the bsa ?
rythmicano Posted July 24, 2013 Posted July 24, 2013 So i got a little question about the nmm installation of this mod. i have dl-ed and then merged all the bsa files for pack one and two, got the patches/esp files. now do i put all of them in a single folder and then make a 7z version to use with nmm? or make two different version of 7z for pack 1 and 2? and ofc many many thnx for this awsome collection, though i wonder if the translator is active in this thread since its been a while i saw him makin any comments .thnx in advance for any helpful info. EDIT: NVM figured it out. u just gotta put ur bsa+meshes in game data folder and archive only the esp, then run archived esp with nmm and walla Works fine without any ctd, undoubtedly one of the biggest/greatest armor compilation for skyrim. Looking forward for the bodyslide support. great job guyz.
