NMM VS MO2

I'm using NMM and my game is not crashing either and I'm also playing fine ;)

I prefer mod Organizer, because it easily lets me rearrange file structure in an already-installed mod. Many small-time mod authors (or very old mods) do not pack their files appropriately, and reshifting is very easy on Mod Organizer. In addition, I can adjust what overwrites what else very easily and smoothly, without actually replacing files.

I've had massive issues with MO2 until Beta 2.  Beta 3 works near flawless, only issue is Bodyslide doesn't kill its process when it's close, so I have to use taskmanager to kill it... but other than that it's been great.

Currently NMM until MO is out of beta. The former doesn't cause problems. But the overly simplified nature of its handling is irritating; if I want one mod to overwrite another, I have to reinstall it completely and I can't tell at a glance what's doing what. Plus it doesn't handle archives so there's plugin files that wouldn't be needed to be activated with MO. Finally, I have to use Task Manager to close LOOT and other utility programs when used from NMM.

I learned to love MO with Skyrim and I'll always take that over NMM. It's easier to manipulate the mod (not just plugin) load priority, it shows me what's conflicting with what, what's redundant, and lets me setup different profiles that use different mods. Plus I don't like how NMM now collects data on what mods we use. Maybe I'm paranoid but it feels like we're being watched with that little feature. It's the same reason I don't use sociopathic media: it helps kill privacy.

Pretty sure once MO2 gets out of beta and implements some awesome no one else have ever done, NMM will be the copycat that it is and compete. Just wait for it.

Not to mention probably tick off loyal NMM users that don't want to be forced to use a certain feature because that's the reason why they stayed away from MO2.
