MistressAriannaValentine Posted May 10, 2016 Posted May 10, 2016 i have several mods and i have made sure that they are all compatible with each other the game runs fine even with the mods all enabled but for some reason after about an hour or so of playing my game crashes exits out then i have to restart it. I can post a screenshot of the mods that i have but some are adult themed there will be no pictures of any gameplay that uses the mods only the list of my currently installed mods. and as i said before the game runs fine then it just randomly crashes after around an hour of playing.
27X Posted May 10, 2016 Posted May 10, 2016 well first off: NMM second off: Your load order is all kinds of bass ackwards
prinyo Posted May 10, 2016 Posted May 10, 2016 If there are no specific places where it crashes then most probably the game has used-up the memory limit. The solution is to (correctly) install ENB boost.
Kriegera Posted May 10, 2016 Posted May 10, 2016 Well first of all Deadly Mutilation and Crimson tide are both broken as hell and known to cause crashes/instability.
27X Posted May 10, 2016 Posted May 10, 2016 Duel, Deadly Mutilation and Immersive Patrols should never be installed in a Bethesda Game or used by human beings.
MistressAriannaValentine Posted May 11, 2016 Author Posted May 11, 2016 well first off: NMM second off: Your load order is all kinds of bass ackwards i have no idea how to setup the load order any tips would be simply lovely. Well first of all Deadly Mutilation and Crimson tide are both broken as hell and known to cause crashes/instability. yeah i realized that they are broken i do see alot of blood but no decapitations or dismemberment any suggest for a blood mod dont have to chop off body parts or anything just more or realistic blood
srayesmanll Posted May 11, 2016 Posted May 11, 2016 1) First of all, what you posted is not a load order (prinyo - take a closer look next time before commenting), just a list of installed mods. The plugins tab is what will show the load order. Also, there should be a button on the left side in the 'plugins' tab that will allow you to export you load order to text or clipboard so you can paste it in rather than attaching a screen shot. 2) Download LOOT. This will set your load order to a base usable order. You may then need to change some mods around, but LOOT will get you started. (IF you aren't already using it - again, the pictures aren't a load order so we can't tell). 3) NMM is perfectly fine to use (ignore the haters). Elf Prince has a good thread about using the newer NMM ( http://www.loverslab.com/topic/52647-nmm-061-important-info-help-tips-tricks/ ). However, Mod Organizer is good as well (I use it myself). Choose whichever one you like. 4) I won't comment on some of the mods mentioned above like Deadly Mutilation or Duel (don't use them myself), but I do use Immersive Patrols and it is perfectly fine to use, provided you aren't using a computer powered by hamsters. If you are using a weak machine, then I wouldn't run it. 5) Finally there are numerous mods/apps to help with crash prevention these days. Crash Fix, Safety Load, the SKSE memory settings in the ini. Some of these may help eliminate some of your crashing. You also don't mention if you use an ENB. If not, look up ENBBoost on Nexus. Using the main enb files, it allows the game to use more of the system memory for things like textures, beyond the normal memory limit of Skyrim.
27X Posted May 11, 2016 Posted May 11, 2016 it is perfectly fine to use One npc death incorrectly flagged is all it takes to fuck a cell for a month, so "perfectly" is a slight overstatement, and hardware specs have very little bearing on that.

I never commented on a load order, you probably mean somebody else (27X). The way the problem is described - the game crashes after some time, it seems it is a memory issue, not related to a specific mod or load order. And the fix for this is ENBBoost as I said (the only reason that I commented was to tell the OP to install it). The first step to debug CTD should be to install some memory reporting mod and see if the game crashes at 3.1GB

Kriegera Posted May 11, 2016 Posted May 11, 2016 Also there's an updated version of immersive patrols called immersive patrols II on the Nexus which fixes a lot of the optimization/stability issues the original mod had.
