You could just use the Sofia Customizer Redux.

If she is wearing underwear/bikini chances are those items are placed in her body nifs. All you have to do is load up her female body nifs into nifskope and right click the bikini parts and go to block - remove branch then save as only time this can't work is if there is no body underneath the item you deleted out.

The customizer is the easiest way.

I would say only edit the NIF files if you want the exact body without underwear.

 

If the customizer doesn't have what you want you can replace her files with any bodymod you want.

This requires installing CBBE or UNP textures if you change the bodytype.

Download Sofia LOOSE file!

Then place the files into your Skyrim data folder.

Next download the Sofia Customizor.

Use NMM or some other type of program to pick what you want for her, including nudity.

Then after you're done with the process go in game.
