It doesn't look like Bodyslide (can't achieve those ultra muscles), Muscular women (breast aren't that big) nor TBD (less bulkier); and of course, it's not CBBE nor UNP (I may be wrong however). Process: 1. Head created in RaceMenu or ECE. 2. Facegen exported. 3. Used for a follower/whatever.

Realz012 Posted November 11, 2016 Posted November 11, 2016 Not exact, but Coverwoman has some "lace" paints: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3563/? if that's copy paste on sg head texture, even if you had it you wouldn't be able to do much with it it's not that hard to do anyway you move it around, reduce it, and it's good to put on whatever head texture you use (waste of ram to load a part of head nif at scale 1.1 in front of your head) I had asked the exact same question, but the answer is not good. It's private. There was a mod that was publicly released years ago that had this, but it's gone forever now.
