Mask is from Mad Masker, which was taken down from nexus but can still be found elsewhere.

Yeah, i did try looking for the things you wanted, but they seem to be very allusive. If you have more individual pictures of the items you are after i could give it another crack? XD

 

Does anyone know how to get the tongue like that?

Im guessing its something handdone through some program?

if this is what you mean i went through the files and i didnt see anything that looks like the hair in the screenshot =/ maybe i got the wrong file idk.

They are not the same

character winny posted is from nisetanaka and the one asked for is by sanhoshin

only similarity is the hair
