Possibly a more general question, but would these have any issues in the LE version of the game?

 

Also, no idea if you intend on doing anything else with this, but I'd suggest possibly doing flaccid versions, and maybe uncut ones too? It's linked at the start, but this post has an uncut mesh can be used.

I tried to do with sos meshes but they have a lot of bones and I could not edit them well on nifscope. Like I said I have no knowledge of this stuff and I am simply copying and pasting meshes in nifscope and cutting some textures on gimp.

 

If you can find a static flaccid  and uncut meshes I think I can do those versions.

that would certainly look a little more natural for a sculpture. neat job either way. well done!

Am I doing something wrong? I added a dick mesh to the Emfy Cleric Underwear but it's not showing up in game (only the underwear itself). It is, however, showing up in Bodyslide preview.

For outfit studio, that's partitions, right?

And whatever is set in outfit studio (45 for example) must be the same in CK?

Yes.

Also, I'd recommend to change underwear slot to 52 in outfit studio (change penis back to 52 too), and changing it to 52 in CK aswell.
Right now, you would have and armor with slot 45 that has a dick, and a SOS dick that has slot 52, so 2 overlapping dicks, not very elegant way of modding.

If you change it to 52, your underwear armor will replace SOS dick.

Evilreflex gave me permission to use his much nicer Futanari CBBE with the condition that it would be SE only. Apreciate if you could test this version too and post some screens if works. This will be my last version I think.

I tried using slot 52 but then nothing is shown and that's because I have my SoS set to concealed. If I unconcealed it, I'm pretty sure the othe dick will just go through the underwear

Since you're making the schong mesh part of the underwear, setting the main armor item to Revealing, would mean that the underwear item would equip properly, and replace the schlong mesh using slot 52. 

 

Setting the armor to Revealing is likely best done through TESVEdit - adding Schlongs of Skyrim - Core.esm as a Master(Right-Click on the armor mod's .esp and choose "Add Masters..."), and then you can add a new keyword(Right-Click the KWDA - Keyword line in the column for the armor mod's .esp, then double click the new line[listed as Null Reference], and choose the SOS Revealing keyword) to the main armor item.
