You can either set whatever armors or clothing you want as revealing with SOS' MCM menu(specifically the Player/NPC submenu), or install SOS - Revealing Armors and Bad Dog's Skimpy Clothes which will make a majority of the male armors and clothing revealing by default, though this will apply to females as well, though those linked mods don't alter female armor/clothing meshes.
