That sounds a little difficult, but possible

 

First you install Miraak follower for LE in your Skyrim SE: 米拉克女王随从兼容补丁0.1中文版.rar

 

Then you replace the meshes and textures with this :       MiraakFollower_SE.7z

Now this is something I didn't know about. Though I still prefer something tested and proven. Would still try the tool later of course.

Wait a minute, that Cathedral tool can only process meshes and textures right? What about the .esp in SE format? Wouldn't it break LE?

You can save it on CK or TES5Edit, most just work though, at least followers do.

I heard that doing so is still fairly buggy. Well, I wouldn't really wanna risk it when there's already a tested and proven backported mod there. Much appreciated if someone can get the file for me.

regulary SE esp of armor and follower mods work in LE with no problems. if you are worried about "tested and proven" you can test and prove, play a few hours, save in other save. is 99% that will work, but even vanilla skyrim is a buggy hell so you never know untill you find out

I haven't run into much of a problem so far with what I backported.

Not that version. Your link is very old. The latest edition is 6.1 and you can download a SSE Version from Wemars (Autor) Site http://blog.livedoor.jp/kaiouseinohito/archives/23814842.html

Here but with a different Korean Author called Daisic, Joshi No Heya is included on his Modern House Mod for SE. The Link is still downloadable but it is already on the author's trash.)Grab it while you can.
