Can't say I recognise it but it does look like something Team Tal would do. Looks like a port from BDO.

Yes, I have searched Team Tal patreon page earlier, and they did have his armor mod, which port from BDO, but didn't have this follower. I guess maybe this is something they want to keep to themselves ?

Sorry I misunderstood. It was late, that's my excuse.

 

There's a good chance that the model for the armour is someone's personal character and is not made as a follower. As you said, they could well want to keep it to themselves.

 

Kiki makes some followers with this sort of look but I don't recognise him as one theirs

Daymarr credited the pic to Sexybono who does release followers on his twitter and more recently on SE Nexus.

Then best person(s) or place to ask would be whoever created/posted those screen shots.

 

Not many people share face presets of their characters so unless it's released as a follower I wouldn't get your hopes up too high.

Can't speak for the rest of the stuff, but for Erina it should already be ported for SSE. There is a link to it in the LE Nexus page for the follower.
