fejeena Posted August 18, 2015 Author Posted August 18, 2015 Yes I only use a few Better City Mods ( not the all in one version) and those cities have enough NPCs so I can reduce the LivelyCity NPCs to 2 or 3 . Or Better Cities Waterfront the framerate is lower, more NPCs is not good. So I can set the LivelyCity NPCs to 0.

fejeena Posted September 24, 2015 Author Posted September 24, 2015 Have not tested it with Better cities but I think it works. Try it. The Mod only adds some spawn Points for NPCs. Open Cities will not work.
