She loved pain, but she wasn't a slut. Is there a mod where you can select a follower, tell the you need the to do something, then use the cursor to point at another person and tell them what you want then to do with or to them? Example: Allure or someone else is my follower. I tell her I need her to do something. I select a Karl with my cross hairs and a menu pops up. I select give head from the menu. She resonds something like an excited cheerleader "My pleasure" strips and the animation progresses. Is there anything like this out there?

The mod swmas linked pretty much fills what you are asking for, the S&M stuff is pretty much optional once you do the quest to unlock things. The followers are fully voiced and can do what you want in terms of inciting mass sex scenes or banging anyone on command, and you can turn vanilla followers (Lydia) into sex fiends via quests (with varying degrees of difficulty).

I swear I've beaten and fucked Serana into oblivion and back. Is there any way like consol to skip the beating part of the training?

Make them a follower and hand them off to the other Dremora to "train" for you, just come back 24 hours later and viola you have a trained slave. Or you can find the "slave faction" and just add them to it for an "insta-slave".

Beyond the threesome option,I'll have to skim back through a lot of the other dialogue sex mods to see if any of them have that option found in Fallout New Vegas' Sexual Innuendo to let followers have sex with other NPCs through speech. I've played so much of that game recently that I might have jumbled a few of both games' mods' features together in my head. Outside of Prostitution mods like Animated Prostitution and Sexlab TDF Prostitution and Pimping, I can't recall any offhand at the moment.
