There are other female characters (Harpies, Fetish Cultists, Goblins, etc.) with whom you can have sex. At other times, the futa content is optional. Take Ceraph for instance. Yes, she's a futa by default but once she joins your camp, you can transform her into a purely female character. Of course the lesbian content is not the major portion of the game, I admit that. But it should be possible to focus on that and ignore or avoid the rest. For the most part, at least. I thought it was worth mentioning, especially since the thread isn't exactly drowning in better suggestions.
