Ravenous ? Seriously ? Yees, there is some bugs, and it's nothing compared to TID. Ravenous is playable start to end.

Finally, I chosen to start from the plan of a dwarf city, Gaultrim. Here what I done. Yes, the city zone if much bigger than the old one. I think I'll skrink it a little once I'll place everything, but you have the general idea. South est, I placed an island where iss Chaur Tegoth, and the food zone. upper, there will be the wood houses. I placed a little dwemer quarter just est, here will be the common house. At the center, there will be a pillar going to the top of the cave, linked to ssome other zones. West, didin't build yet, some big pillars and mountain platforms for the upper dwemer quarters. I'll also reorganize the folders. My idea is to build the general organization of the city, and build the things according to the quests needs. 1

Delzaron Posted December 20, 2025 Author Posted December 20, 2025 I advanced a little. I mostly made the harbor quarter. This quarter will be the one where the player will arive, by the slaves boats. It's also here the player will be officialy enslaved, and keep until she's ready to be sold. The quarter is connected to the city by the wooden passage to the lest, and to a mine (where player as slave will work) at the right. On top of the pillar, there will be a dwemer tower, home of the House Melarn, who manage the slavery business. I still need to design it, and a pair of houses, beefore the quarter will be ready. The place is populated by around 20 npcs, mostly slaves kept here. I also redacted the quest related to the entrance of the player in this quarter. I'll makee a first release when the en of the "player as slave in harbor" part will be done. It will be a new mod thread. Of course, the new TID mod will be incompatible with old one !

It'ss about food, drink, and shelters ? The mod main place is a huge cave, so it should be warm and humid... after all, the locals wears bikinis ! About food, of course I plan to add some merchants, and to reo thee agri zone. You will be able to buy food from the farmers. Also, as slave, you'll need to ask your master for food and drink. You'll often have a shelter (for example, Hashep's house) with a bed. I don't plan to update it. I plan to rebuild it ! New world, quests and story rewritted from scratch. I already began, the harbor place is playable now. Very few things to do, of course, but it's a start, and it will give an iea of what I plan. The next work will be continuing the atid1slave quest, by meeting the 4 potentials buyers... and of course, their homes. After, that will be the slaves markeet and the surroundings. By the way, I would ask a question to all of you : do you think I should build that mod for LE, or for SE only ?

I don't plan on playing LE so I would prefer it to be for SE, because I've seen so many quest mods written for LE that were never actually fully ported to SE - simple re-save in CK that is usually performed by porters is obviously not enough - in cases I recall - always leaves some quests fucked up one way or another resulting in me wasting hours on trying to find a workarounds for that instead of enjoying the storyline flow. Total immersion killer.

Total immersion killer. agreed. Also, I'm thinking about a beautyfication of some NPCs. Yes, seeking Vagr advice and racemenu tutos to see how I can make pretty custom NPCs for the mod (Azenith, Hashep, Lara, Colin and Calin, and more). For me LE is only for dev, specially for a mod consumming so many ressources as TID.

The standard survival mode on Skyrim AE. The cave is a bit cold but manageable, there is a few fires to warm up if need be. Everywhere inside is warm. Plenty of places to sleep. Its the food issue. On survival mode all the Skyrim + DLC food has a value of for reliving hunger, and sometimes other effects like using Fire salts instead of salt piles in a soup will warm you up. Your skeever soup (and maby other foods) that is given to slaves doesn't have these survival points. I got sent to this mod via Simple slavery and got my provisions taken. So I have to eat what my slave master gives me.

I added some dialogues to be able to get food each day, and a debug just in case. Please understand this version is a very alpha. Only the harbor quarter and part of the east quarter are built. Play it just for testings ! Only LE for now. Here some screenshots.

Started via Simple Slavery, completed a bunch of quests for Daithe, and in the quest log, they are list "return to Daithe to report", but Daithe has no dialogue for me to turn in the quests, and currently, I just get repeat quests, some which as not even working because the quest is awaiting completion, such as the "slave whore" one with Simza, Daithe told to go to her, I go there, but there's no quest on her, and Daithe is "stuck" just looping that I have to go to her. II'm surprized. TID if full of bugs and terror. There is nothing I can say except study the mod and use console.

It's a shame the mod is getting a bit old and doesn't work properly with the AE version. Really happy to hear you're planning to update it! Would you mind adding CBBE 3BA support in the new version? 😀

vevith Posted June 5 Posted June 5 (edited) Hello, sorry to be that guy but do you have an approximate ETA for the remake to be playable ? not necessarily 100% done, but playthrough-able. Would you estimate it to be a matter of weeks, months, years, decades ? Just to get an order of magnitude on how long to wait. I'm planning on replaying Skyrim after having taken a 6+ years break from it (trying to forget the game to kind of rediscover it) and TID is kind of one of my must have mods. So I'd like to get an idea of when the remake will be playable. I'm fine with waiting about another year, but if the mod is ready in like 3 years I will probably just play without it for now, and I'd be a bit mad if I start replaying the game without the mod only for it to be remade 2 months later ^^. In an ideal world both LE and SE but I'd expect this to be unrealisticaly demanding ^^ When I last played the game (on LE) most mods didn't move to SE yet, but now SE seems to be more widely adopted, so I supposed SE would allow more people to enjoy it. I don't know about the technical side, but I wouldn't be surprised if the more modern SE makes it easier and better, or maybe LE is more documented/has more resources and experience, making it easier. I have no idea. Personnaly, I will probably replay the game on SE, so my vote would be for the TID remake to be on SE. Edited June 5 by vevith

keenston Posted Monday at 10:19 PM Posted Monday at 10:19 PM even after minimizing things added to just some patch mods, tid and the dependencies, and a few others that don't have much effect, it crashes when loading ibn and when wearing some of the armor from the cheat chest
