marcinsgp
Many armor mods especially heavy armors doesn't have helmet at all. So you are missing full set perks. Is there a way to avoid missing helmet? Link to comment
Vioxsis
Make an invisible one yourself in the CK that you can equip but no helmet shows in game (Invisible/transparent mesh, single poly in the head, something like that) make one for each armour set (leather, iron, steel, etc) and wear the right one to get the full set perk.. There might already be someone who has done this, try searching for "Invisible helmets". Link to comment
MakiNico
You can also equip a helmet from the game and use this mod. Link to comment
marcinsgp
I found this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11769/?tab=4&&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fcomments%2F%3Fmod_id%3D11769%26page%3D1%26sort%3DDESC%26pid%3D0%26thread_id%3D592633&pUp=1 Link to comment
myuhinny
I have done it before where I just load a _0 and _1 nif into nifskope right click the item say a helmet and then go to block - remove branch to delete the item then save as to overwrite the nif. Works great for followers that are set up to use a specific outfit/armor by deleting the crap out of the nif the items you give them to wear will appear instead of having 2 layers of clothes. sweforce
I use a mod that removes the need for a helmet to complete the set. Also I use an old mod with invisible armor pieces so an unwanted piece can bd replaced with an invisible counterpart. Link to comment
Guest
I use the Tera mods invisible helms myself. I wear them more often that I ever have the rest of the armors included. Link to comment
Varithina
I tend to play purely mage type characters so armour is not something I tend to bother with, though I do use a hood hider mod which hides helms as well, and allows a hood/helm to be equipped with a circlet at the same time. This one http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18250/? Though when I do wear armour I tend to just use any helm of the right sort. Link to comment

Guest Vendayn
You can also equip a helmet from the game and use this mod. Yeah, I use this mod as well. No more ugly helmet that vanishes hair and makes your character bald! But I think that is pretty much every game with helmets. Is there any game where helmets fit on your characters head (female characters especially) without changing your hair style and making you look short haired or bald as a female character? Coopervane
I use the "Helmless-warrior" version of the Perks-Unbound mod, which changes the perks so helmets aren't needed for the bonuses. Link to comment
GodSmack
I simply dont use them, never really needed the extra what, 10-100 armor the vanilla armors give you? and no enemy get close to me cuz im usually an archer or a burst assassin(1-hit kill and then hide into the shadows) Link to comment
vram1974
Hm, I've run into a small issue here (also mentioned above). The baldness factor with an invisible helmet: Nevermind, I just reinstalled the meshes for the warlocks. Link to comment
