The first time I was arrested was due to a minor crime arrest which was why no punishment was being carried out.

But now my character has been arrested again for a major crime yet still nothing is happening.

 

I've tried reinstalling mod, reset in MCM, have gone through every MCM option to see if there was something I missed. Can't find anything.

 

If you remember those tweaks I'd very much like to try them out see if it works for me as well.

Try setting all animation tags to 'Auto', or just load the 'Nova' MCM settings.

It looks like the arrest scene got stuck right after you turned around. The next step would have been for the guard to come to you and tie your hands. 

Try a manual POP reset and try the arrest again.

ive tried to restart and reinstall all the necesary mods but still no joy.

 

I also noticed that the game crashes when i ask them to forgive me.

Logs are not that helpful when it comes to CTD's. 

 

As for the scene getting stuck, are all the aliases 'OK' in the POP's MCM 'Status" page?

I don't know what you mean by keyword.

They have a name like any item in the inventory and an ID to get them in the console.

Something that would set them apart from your other items and also present in vanilla Skyrim.

Do you need to progress to some point of the game before PO works ? I have not beat the first dragon, just finish the unbound and use debug otion in whiterun to get major capture. The cature works, the "fun" before throw to jail ignore the tag and just play zaz. After that, nothing happen in prison cell, neither tags play or whipping

 

edit: So what I did was killed a guard to trigger major crime. This time the "fun" before travel play the tag as it should but nothing happen in jail

 

edit 2: I tired the Nova settings, the animation play by tag, but nothing hapen in the cell

 

edit 3: Switched back to 3.58 and it runs as it should. At this point, I have absolute no idea why the new one doesnt work for me. I did double check the requiredment and everything was up to date. Also when capture, the spell fromthe npc count as dmg spell which can trigger defeated, am i missing something ? also is it possible to not unequip jewel or remove when in jail ?

I'm having some weird issues with this, some of which I didn't have just a couple weeks ago. Every time I choose "no gag" it snaps the setting to some kind of gag instead of keeping with none at all. Same with setting no collar. I REALLY don't like gags, and I used to be able to set none without a problem. 

 

In my previous game, however, I never got arrested, so this is the first time I've gotten to test the mod beyond changing settings, and I've experienced the following:

 

At first, when arrested, I wasn't bound, and the guard would "have fun" (via an animation where he humps the ground and I just stand there) then walk away naked. I then realized I forgot to run FNIS after installing this and requirements. So I did, and now we BOTH just stand there, regardless of the animation that's playing, even though I registered all the Zaz animations, and rebuilt as well. Afterwards, I was stuck lying on the ground, and if I try to follow him (assuming I'm supposed to when he walks off?) I do so by sliding across the ground while still lying on my back (lol). 

 

Also if I disable follower arrest and set them to wait for me, they instead follow and taunt/whip. Is that what they're supposed to do? Kinda annoying considering it was his fault I got arrested when he demanded sex in public lol.

 

Second try: I finally automatically followed a guard to the prison as I expected would happen. Then they talked to me like a common citizen for ages, except a few sex animations, one where the guard was invisible, and several where we both just stood there. Believe it or not, not being able to disable gags is the most annoying thing for me... I used to be able to... But STILL, what am I missing besides FNIS and the register/rebuild options in the ZAP MCM?

 

Edit: I think I'm using one version previous (not the most recent but the one before). It's still strange to me though, as nothing else I have in this test game has been updated either, including DD and ZAP, and with this version, at LEAST the MCM options used to work... I have no idea why they're suddenly acting up.

 

Edit2: So I stuck with it through all the glitches in hopes that I could just get free and see if my follower was done acting like he was my enemy afterward, but 3 hours after my sentence should have ended, nothing is happening. The guards won't even talk to me, I'm just stuck here. :( 

 

Edit 3: Also, crowds are disabled, but the mod ignores that fact. Eventually, I was able to interact with doors after an animation, and when I left, guards seem not to care yet civilians whip me left and right just for walking by. Also, my follower keeps whipping me as well and I can no longer start dialogue with him.

 

Edit3: Okay, apparently, the version I'm using is 410, according to the file in Mod Organizer's "downloads" folder. I'll test some older versions and see if I get lucky.

As I switch to version 4.04, it wokrs fine but Riften. The jailer stuck when it come to release time, same as previous version. So far, I can only confirm Windhelm jail works

*Sigh* I don't know what's going on now... I decided to, before trying an older version, try the current one (4.10) on a fresh game with nothing but its dependencies, and the mod I plan to use it with (Sexlab Adventures, which says it integrates nicely with this). Even though I'm using the version whose patch notes say "Patched .::. Some soft dependencies issues that could cause the MCM not to show up" lo and behold, the MCM doesn't show up after half an hour of my character standing around waiting. In my other OLD test game (where the mod was bugged beyond use), the MCM always showed up, and to be honest, I'm not using any of the soft dependencies, nor do I want to if possible. I have SL (which I'm told has PapyrusUtil 3.3 built in), I have ZaZ Animation Pack, SkyUI, Fuz Ro D-oh, Skyrim Utility Mod, and all the DLC installed. I tried 4.04 and it didn't show up either.

 

I really had my heart set on using this mod, but its been fighting me at every turn. :(

 

Edit: Reactivated most of my mods and got it to show... No clue how. I then got myself arrested and had a very different experience, I actually TALKED to the Jail Master and was put in a locked cell, which didn't happen last time. Everything went swimmingly until I was put in a cage. I then fell through the cage floor and was then placed in a pillory that proceeded to no clip out of Jorrvaskr and into a void with sky and nothing else, then drift further and further away from it until I was stuck. Waiting, tcl, attempting to cast SL debug, nothing worked. I'm happy to disable everything but the jail cell if that fixes these issues, but I fear it won't. I do hope this gets fixed soon though. This mod has SO much potential for unparalleled awesomeness!!!! ❤️

Finally got though a whole sentence! I have to say, it was a blast! Though I'm experiencing more bugs following my sentence that weren't there before. For example my Stormcloak armor is invisible whenever I load my game, and I have to unequip and re-equip it. Also, I could no longer sprint (I had to use the "recycleactor" command on her to fix it, but then I no longer have the the over shoulder camera view when not in combat in third person), and I had a save minutes after release be unloadable, even if I loaded qasmoke before the save. I'm not sure how those could POSSIBLY be caused by this mod, but neither were happening mere minutes before I got arrested. >.<

 

But I'm determined to make this work!! It'll be nice to not feel the need to quit and reload every time I get a bounty. :)

 

Edit: Okie doke, so I finally got 4.04 to show up! I got imprisoned, the entire sentence was glitch free, including the pillory (cage never happened), with one exception that I noticed: nothing ever happened in the pillory. Sex and whipping were both set to 10 and I upped the pillory duration to 60, but nothing happened. I also had it set so followers should be forced to punish the player, but he couldn't because he was in a pillory next to me the whole time.

 

I can still sprint after my sentence this time. I DID have a CTD trying to load my save again though. This time loading qasmoke first helped, but its strange because I don't think it's related to how heavily modded the save is, since every save from right before a prison sentence loads fine. I'm also still having problems with my clothes/armor, they're always either invisible or look like a lump of grey clay, a problem corrected by unequipping and re-equipping. This time it started the INSTANT I added POP and Zaz Animation Pack to my game. I think it must be a load order issue though, as I had a previous game with those mods installed and never had this issue with the same armor mods.

 

anyone have any experience with armor issues of the like? It has me kinda stumped.

POP should work at any level.

All prisoners get gags.

MCM in 4.04 has a bug that might prevent the menu showing up.

Sounds like you have some failed aliases. What does your status page show?

This should not cause your armor to turn invisible. The only mod I know of that could do that is the creature framework, check settings there. 

For the sprinting you could try to hit your POP AI hotkey and choose 'Release all AI' but only if not in a scene. If not sure, after hitting the 'Release all AI' hit 'Force AI' and if your PC starts doing something then you were still in a scene. Allow it to end. When your PC stops doing things, hit 'Release Current AI' to return controls.

Try not using 4.04. 

Punishments only happen for major crime arrests. 

The Jail Master will release your follower from his device so he can thank you properly for getting him arrested with you.

Thank you for all your replies. :) For now, I'll be staying with 404 unless something really weird happens with it, but so far testing indicates it to be far more stable for me. I'll look into your other suggestions, particularly the one to fix my sprinting issue (though so far, the sprinting issue, like my other issues, has only happened with version 4.10).

 

Incidentally, if I edit the json file of my settings to have the gag set to 0, then import my settings in game, the "no gag" option sticks and she doesn't get gagged when arrested. 

 

I did indeed not have a major crime this time, so that explains the pillory. Thanks! :)

 

As for the invisible/grey armor bug, I'm looking into it. It's tolerable for now, it only happens when I load a save, and I really feel it must be load order... LOOT has let me down there lol. ;)

 

Thank you for this mod. It's pretty much ESSENTIAL to me for my play style, and I'm so glad I'm having better luck with it now!

this is old message. I am now using the 4.04. The issue with the 4.04 is that lost items after sentense and it is random of what I lost and the jailer in riften kind of stuck when sentense end

Great mod

 

Just a few thins I could do with help with. 

When i go to prison I aways get prison clothes not naked, is this corrent. I have set it to be naked and I can obviously unequip the items so no big deal.

 

 

Also when I am follewing I have no wrist cuffs which I have seen on screen shots, Any help would be great.

I think I've failed to grasp how to use tagged punishment, lol. I've added what I thought to be foolproof tags in the 'Extras' section (vaginal, anal, things like that), and set tagged punishment to 10. It actually TRIES to use them, but after saying its playing one in the upper left corner, it then says "Jail Master had fun for 11 seconds" and switches to one of the three Zaz animations it uses by default for the rest of the punishment. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? The animations in question play okay through other mods, and I'd love to see more than just those three in the cell. :)
