How did you plugin the tmcmesh?

The magic of TMC Object Tool

I use this tool, but I do not understand completely its functioning. Could you tell me if there is a good tutorial.

I use this tool, but I do not understand completely its functioning. Could you tell me if there is a good tutorial.

It was try and error, it took me a few hours playing with the tool, there were no tutorials, but once you got the main purpose is really easy.

I'm not very good at making tutorials but here we go:

Tools needed:

TMC Object Tool

TMC Polygon Insert Tool

TMC Polygon Tool

---C File Editor

additional tools(to extract files, add textures, view/modify meshes and making DLC packs):

Noesis

Blender

Archive Tool

Texture Tool

DLC Tool

If you excuse me, I'm gonna use one of you mods, Mila - Schoolgirl no-pan and no-pan topless.

EXTRACTING MESHES:

-With TMC Polygon Tool extract the meshes that you're gonna use, or extract all of the and delete the ones you're not gonna need, actually with noesis you can view and choose them.

TMC OBJECT TOOL:
-Here comes the important, with TMC Object Tool open your TMC file.
post-778558-0-32945100-1462852681_thumb.png

-Over the WGT_body line, clic right with your mouse and choose add object, and click on it.
post-778558-0-26375600-1462852683_thumb.png

-Repeat this process once again until you have 2 lists, WGT_body2 and WGT_body3,
for WGT_body2 choose visible, and for WGT_body3 choose hidden, you have to understand that one list is for no-pan, and one for no-pan topless meshes.
post-778558-0-83911000-1462852685_thumb.png

-In the main list WGT_body, select the meshes that match with those extracted previously.
post-778558-0-27933100-1462852688_thumb.png

-In WGT_body2 list, do the opposite, select the meshes that not match with the previous list.
post-778558-0-54597700-1462852690_thumb.png

-In WGT_body3 list, do the same... more or less as WGT_body2, this gonna have the topless meshes, sometimes will have less meshes, no mather what mod or character is.
Once you got them selected, right clic and choose Delete Sub Object, save/overwrite your TMC file and it's done with the tool.

TMC POLYGON ISERT TOOL:
-With Polygon Insert Tool, open your modified TMC file
post-778558-0-28478000-1462852694_thumb.png

-Clic on Add Mesh Data and add those meshes you extracted previously, for destination be sure to match with WGT_body2 and WGT_body3 lists, see image, it's important, because numbers are very confusing sometimes. Save/overwrite and it's done with the tool.
post-778558-0-40777400-1462852713_thumb.png

-If you open your modified TMC file with noesis, it will look like this:
post-778558-0-08999900-1462852722_thumb.png

---C FILE EDITOR:
-Now, with ---C File Editor open whatever .---C file of Mila(or whatever other character, it doesn't matter) and clic type A and type B boxes, each one for Mila hairstyles, for other characters, you gonna have to mark one box for each hairstyle that character have.
Save/overwrite and it's done with the tool

DLC TOOL:
-On DLC Tool, choose your TMC file, in the hairstyle section be sure to add 2 more hairstyles, see image, save DLC and it's done.

I inspired in Alice Madness Returns. Have another two versions, withoutr the dress and without also the apron.

for the textures, I modified the wet texture for body and face, with gimp make dominant color red, apply new layers in body, face and hair (I used MARIE_HAIR_004) with the new texture with PAINT.NET (because is more easy to save the files with preview). if you want the textures, also attached.

credits to all the modders make this possible.

P.S.: I also did similar but with WHITE color, you know why...
