So, the tube works.

 

But not the forcegreets of the next quest.

 

Setstqge it for now. stage 40 lead to the cult, stage 50 to the revenge.

Neither 40 nor 50 works for me.

 

Both cases will just port me in front of mankara and do nothing (pretty much the same as if I would have gotten via normal playing)

Once you're being interrogated, set the stage of the aFTD2End quest to 40/50

I'm also having the same problems with waking up after the dream sequence.

Sometimes the mensages show when I'm already back on the temple. Mankara can always talk to me once then I believe a scene of bondage should be happening but it does not. Is this a dependency problem maybe? I can playerenablecontrols to talk to mankara and make her say the next line on the ... option or setstage aFTD2End 40 to continue at this point but the problem is the same: I have to follow Mankara somewhere but all she does is greet me again and againt without more dialog options instead of going where she should go. Hope this report helps. Also in the dream sequence I had to "resetai" the hostile lurkers to keep them from attacking each other. Hope this report helps.

Jumped past the interagation part and have got the 50 steel and 10 malacite ingots but when I talk to Shul Ta I don't have the option to turn them in.

Sometimes Manakra have difficulties to go to the marker. setstqge it.

I pretty much had to skip EVERY Stage of EVERY Quest after the dream sequence.

The orc dialogues were fixed, for sure.Particulary stage 40.

Earlier int he thread someone pointed out all the console commands:

you type:
showquesttargets => Shows you your active quests, find the one from this mod (it normally starts with "aftd") Note the Questid

player.sqs <questid> => shows you all the stages your quest has and what stage you already completed

getstage <questid> => The Stage you are on

setstage <questid> # => Set the quest to the stage you want (normally the next one)

 

better learn those commands, you will need them a lot.

(So far I only tried the revenge path)

- Quest markers:

for example: I had to talk to the thieves guild, but the quest marker pointed to Innsmouth... (this happened for one or two other quests, dont remember exactly)

 

- Almost all Dialogues didn't trigger the next stage of the quests and were repeatable infinitely

 

- when asked to talk to the Cult guy (forgot his name.. Sha.. something?) to get my stuff back, I found him in the Deep Temple. He wouldn't talk to me. (nothing triggered as if he didnt have a dialogue)

Same Problem when I was asked to return the steel and malachite ingots to him

 

- I couldn't kill any of the NPCs requested. all of them were set to important and kept getting up again.

Once I skipped their quest via the setstage command I could kill them normally.

 

- Nothing turned hostile.

I guess after Susana tells you to wear the hood she gives you, guards should turn hostile? I ran around town with nothing on, noone reacted. Same problem inside the Deep Temple and also in Ryleh. Lurkers and Seekers didnt even turn hostile after attacking them.

Same Problem with the Dagon Priests I had to kill... (they were also set to important and couldn't be killed)

 

- The Temple of the Deep seems to have some pathing issues too, there are a few invisible Walls that I had to pass via TCL command (mostly in front of doors)

The orc does use you - and does so many times with the same dialog. Mankara has nothing to say to say besides generic stuff from and the ... option goes away after setstage aFTD2End 40. I'll try to give more feedback with the showquesttargets Discord12 mentioned.

I believe this is the information about the arrow above Mankara's head right?

 

Extra Info:

player.sqs aFTDBegin3 gisves me with only a 1 at stage 1

 

I move it along by setstage aFTDBegin 10 and after the scene aFTDBegin 50.

Hope this helps to hunt the problem and I don't really mind manually to setStage things forward - as long as it works.

It's seems like a package problem, or a scene who never end (the ceremony one)

All the priestess are set killable in the revenge quest.

It's why I made changes in the factions, to made Lurkers hostile or peacefull toward the playe,r but it dont seem to work ,a dn I dont know why.

I also ass a faction to the player, setted as ennemy of the lurkers one.

Normal. Theses wall are disabled only when needs arise.

There are to provent the player to visit the temple too early.

There is no stage 1, but a stage 10...

And yes, the beginning of this quest is focused on Mankara...

 

 

I dont have time to test the mod, I have TID to redone entirely...

Which NPC ?

All the priestess are set killable in the revenge quest.

 

Every NPC that has to be killed in order to advance through the quests has been unkillable.

The Pirate Captain, several "Town Priests" like Mankara and the 3 Dagon Priests in Ryleh.

 

A possible cause could be the mod "Dangerous Dragons" which sets certain Quest NPCs to god mode.. not sure though, will try once I get home again =)

I think if it only gives you a 1, it means the quest didnt start, I had that too. Once I set it to 10 it started normally for me (well, the questlog updated at least).

aftd3begin is the start of the Cult quest if I remember correctly and comes right after the torture scenes with mankara and her dialogue that should give you the choice of joining them or refusing.

 

Problem is that the aftd3begin quests also starts with following Mankara. She never moved for me, so I had to advance the quest yet again (I think it was 20).

The "Oath Ceremony" was right in front of the torture devices for me then, but at least the dialogue worked, kinda, the end repeated and quest didnt advance by itself then.

I started a new game using Alternate start and chose to arrive in Solitude by ship. I went to the Stinking Skeever and asked the innkeeper about gossip. I went to the Blue Palace and spoke to Falk Firebeard. he sent me to see the guard captain. the guard captain sent me to Insmouth. I took the coach to Dawnstar and then walked northwest along the coast towards the map marker. as soon as I got near the city my game crashed.  is this a known problem? and if so is there a fix?

You can trym, but I dont think it will work.

The better zqy could be using CK qnd try to supress things until it's works for you.

I completed the "Corruption" part of the quest now too and I have to say it works A LOT better than the revenge part.
Mankara is a pain though, starting somewhere aroudn where you enslave Susana, she will forcegreet me NONSTOP and start a dialogue.

 

also the last ritual never started properly for me.
I went there, the blue light appeared and thats it.

my progress so far.  

 

I walked along the coast west from Dawnstar, avoiding the horkers and ice troll lair. when Insmouth appeared in the distance, I stopped and waited a few moments, saved and continued walking towards the city. when I got near the gate, the gate keeper's dialogue was activated and I followed the ensuing quest stages and saved on every cell change. I'm now in the interrogation room. I spoke to the woman behind me and went through the dialogue with her. but then nothing happens. my character can't move or speak to her again. 

I assume I'm meant to get tortured.  what can I do to trigger it? set stage? 

 

 

 

 

 

edit.  I just read all the previous posts relevant to my question. I'm going to try the setstage solution. 

 

during the temple rape scene, I was disappointed that the lurkers had no cocks. is that as it should be or am I missing a mod?

I tried " showquesttargets " but no quest id was listed apart from the normal game ones. is that because I began a new game with Alternate start? 

 

edit. I loaded an earlier save and when I woke from the dream and started the next phase I got the ID. aftd3begin and the stages. 

 

I can advance the stages but my character still can't move.
