raniro Posted December 21, 2011 Posted December 21, 2011 I'm really new in this...and I'm really lost as to how do I mod my Oblivion... Do you guys have the link to the step by step manual or something? I thought it's normally putting the downloaded file to data folder in the game?

GSBmodders Posted January 22, 2012 Posted January 22, 2012 so your opinions are needed, what is the most convenient file sharing service. 4shared is not an option
Freshmeat687 Posted January 22, 2012 Posted January 22, 2012 so your opinions are needed' date=' what is the most convenient file sharing service. 4shared is not an option [/quote'] I've always liked Mediafire. Fileserve and Filesonic are some other ones. I have no idea of their policy on big files, but I believe it's somewhere around 300-400 MB.
SkyeG Posted January 25, 2012 Posted January 25, 2012 thats if its not gonna get taken down like Megaupload. I would choose more than one personally, and keep backups as per normal
GSBmodders Posted January 25, 2012 Posted January 25, 2012 thats if its not gonna get taken down like Megaupload. I would choose more than one personally' date=' and keep backups as per normal [/quote'] that is what is causing the delay, i'm uploading to MediaFire if anyone has a request but other then i'm looking over my options. I am no fan of mediafire and any link to them will be taking down once I find a new host. For those who do not know Mediafire has opened there doors to the FBI and are fully cooperating with them and supporting sopa/pipa legislation. This means that any files you have stored on MF will be looked over by the feds
Guest Donkey Posted January 25, 2012 Posted January 25, 2012 Multiupload is better, since it will upload to several sites at once. and you have multiple links available that way.
Skagg Posted January 25, 2012 Posted January 25, 2012 If your taking upload requests would you mind reuploading your High heels again? I hate that I missed those >.<;;
beck11 Posted January 27, 2012 Posted January 27, 2012 A little paranoid arnt we? If you dont have copyrighted material then you dont need to worry about your uploads getting flagged I think. Unless the FBI decides to moonlight as the Internet morality police too.
Guest Donkey Posted January 27, 2012 Posted January 27, 2012 Beck11 that may actually be next, freedom is already lost, moral will be next.

Unless the FBI decides to moonlight as the Internet morality police too. Some of have jobs that we can lose very easily if our employers become notified of our private life activities. If you think its a fucking joke google the shit and learn about others who lost jobs simply for having a blog or a facebook account I am not obligated to share a fucking thing, if they get uploaded it will be done when i feel comfortable in doing so

Unless the FBI decides to moonlight as the Internet morality police too. they bloody well are trying to. thanks to being corporate slaves. your line of thinking is the problem' date=' "if you have nothing to hide, you wouldn't be afraid" no one should want laws like that anyway. [/quote'] There is no "trying to"...."they are doing it". It is sad that here in the US if someone breaks into your house and steals everything you own the police will come out and file the report and.......do nothing about it. YOU have to go visit pawnshops and such to try to FIND your items and YOU have to then buy them back and try to get reimbursed by your insurance company. Now take that example and let's look at copyrighted material. TOTALLY opposite approach by the police/FBI. Now they are actively seeking people stealing stuff. Why is this you may ask? The answer is simple: "MONEY". The police/FBI make ZERO money tracking down my personal stolen items but they have the potential through fines and seizures to recover HUGE stacks of cash finding copyright violators (Megaupload ring any bells??), not to mention pressure from lobby groups who are buying politicians. The whole damn thing is just pathetic!
ragindude Posted January 28, 2012 Posted January 28, 2012 Was reading this on torrentfreak: http://torrentfreak.com/megaupload-alternatives-see-surge-in-traffic-after-shutdown-120126/ These new file storage services came up in the article: Filepost, Hulkshare, Netload.in, Uploading, zShare.net I don't know if any of those site represent an "interesting and safe" alternative, but it's always worth a look.
