if that oblivion version is complete, wouldn't it take all of a few minutes to convert it to skyrim?

i have no experience in modding so i wouldn't know where to start...plus i have a learning disability to learning how to mod would take a normal person maybe a month maybe more...it might take me three years to figure it out

That really depends on the original conversion.  I've tried converting Oblivion outfits to Skyrim and it is a hit or miss affair.  I can get the OB model in the game but it acts like it is not tied to the body rigging.  It just floats like five feet in front of the character.  But I know it is weighted and rigged properly (doing it by hand in Blender) since if my toon sneaks the ported outfit sneaks too, only five feet in front of my toon.

BUT I can then do another OB conversion and it works just like it should (weights, rigging, scaling, etc.)  I have no explanation other than Skyrim being Skyrim, since I'm porting and working the meshes the exact same way.
