[Sims3][WIP] KinkyWorld v0.37 [Updated: May 3rd 2019]

Does the jealousy in this mod actually work correctly? I've been playing with KW for a while now since coming back to Sims 3, and I have yet to see any of the interactions added by KW elicit any sort of jealousy response from sims that should be getting jealous. I even had a threesome with another sim's fiance/romantic interest, and he just walked right on by us like nothing was happening. The regular romantic social interactions still cause jealousy though.

 

I know there's a Jealousy Level setting in the Global Settings, but I couldn't find any working documentation for the global settings menu, so it's not clear to me what the jealousy level affects, if anything. I currently have the Jealousy Level set to High in my game

For me it works correctly, but I've noticed that it takes a while before the partner sims notices the cheating. They need to stay in the same room for a bit, or else they won't notice

Weird. I'll have to do some further testing to see if it's working correctly in my game. Maybe I'll just lock everyone in the same room and see if I can get a reaction that way.

For me, it sometimes seems like the jealousy doesn't get triggered unless the offended party is in the same room when they finish kinky woohoo.

 

I've played around a little bit with the cuckold trait, and that seems to only trigger a single time. After that, the cuckold's partner can cheat as much as they want, and the cuckold never seems to notice or care.

 

One other thing that I've noticed is that threesomes don't seem to be treated like a regular two sim woohoo. The first two sims that are involved seem to be the only ones that "count". If it starts out as asking for group woohoo, it seems like the one that asks, and the one that gets asked are the primary two, and any extra sims don't count. If you check a sim's woohoo history under the "Kinky World" > "Debug" menu, the extra sims in a group often don't show up there.

Yeah I've had mixed results getting a perceivable reaction. The teasing interactions definitely don't seem to do anything. Apparently sims are fine if you kiss their partner, grab their ass, flash your dick at them, but asking them to watch the stars together is going too far.

 

If the sex has to end with the partner in the room then that would explain why it's so hard to get a reaction. Unlike in WickedWhims, the sims with KW don't seem all that interested in watching people bang or otherwise reacting in any way, so even if they're in the same room they don't stop whatever it is they're doing to react, and if they're passing through the room they just continue on to whatever object they're interested in interacting with. So unless you're doing it in a room with all kinds of exciting things that sims want to interact with, you're probably not going to get a reaction.

 

Flirting with sims seems to be the most reliable way of stirring up drama. If you don't have Woohooer installed, then sims seem to psychically know whenever you're flirting with their partner anywhere on the same lot, even if they're sleeping.

If you have jealousy on KW turned off, then it is sort of like, well, as long as it doesn't mean anything emotionally, sims are okay with their partner sleeping around. But as soon as romance and emotion become involved, they get hurt.

 

Even with KW jealousy turned on, it doesn't seem to hook into the normal jealousy system correctly. With KW jealousy on, the only actions that even seem capable of triggering it are KW woohoo. None of of the other kinky actions trigger it. I wish it was configurable on that aspect. I also wish it was more reliable on when KW would trigger jealousy.

Yeah I think the jealousy stuff is just bugged/unfinished and ultimately not working as intended. Without any documentation for the global settings which includes the Jealousy Level setting, it's also unclear what the intended behavior was.

I can't get the sleeping on couch animations to work, what are the conditions and how do i trigger them?

The sleeper has to be bottomless for you to woohoo them on the couch. You have to set the CASP settings on the clothes that the sleeping sim is wearing. Click on the sleeper, choose "Kinky World" > "Set CASP Properties". Then set some value for the items the sim is wearing. The bottom item should be something that can be pulled down, I think, or possibly something that can remain on during woohoo. After setting the clothes, then low shark the sleeper. Then you'll be able to woohoo them.

 

Alternatively, if the sleeper is an exhibitionist and has taken their bottom clothes off on their own, you don't need to do anything to them, woohoo will be available.

 

Once you set the values for the clothes they are wearing, the values will be set for that item no matter what sim wears it.

Hello! I've got the Mod running and already created a character. May I say: I've never modded the Sims before. Put my own music in Sims 2 at most.
I wanted to create a creepy rapist which kidnaps women and forces them to have his babies. I've been watching a bit too much true crime lately, lol.

Well, I saw that I wasn't able to rape anybody tho. The option is there but it's blacked out and says "Stage not found".
So after research I downloaded the Animations-Packs from Amra72 and Lady666 and put them in my Mods-Folder too, but raping is still not possible due to ,,stage not found".
I honestly don't know what's meant by "In game add "KW_Amra72_Animations" in position list of KinkyWorld setting" and "

Inside game click in Settings >>> Animations >>> Position lists write the name:

L666_Animations (139 animations)
L666_RapeBdsm_Animations (30 animations)"


Like I said, this is my first time doing this plus I am playing in German. Is anybody able to help me out?

HI everyone, I was wondering if I could just have specific parts of this mod instead of downloading the whole thing? I would like to just have the drugs, traits, and maybe just the basic sex aspect of it. If all of that's not possible, I would like to just download the traits and the drugs. I just don't like the more "kinky" aspects of this mod like the rape and other things... I really like the dominant trait though and was wondering if I could just do that and maybe also have the drugs aspect of it? 

 

If I were to do this, wouldn't it be as simple as placing the cannabis/objects package in my mods folder? Not sure where the traits aspect of this mod is. Also, I don't want to download this whole mod as it makes my game extremely glitchy.

It is not possible to install just parts of the mod. Rape, pets, teens etc. are configurable, and those in particular are disabled by default, so you have to intentionally enable those aspects. The dominant/submissive traits are enabled by default. I believe that drugs are enabled by default.

 

I have not had any issues with build 409, but older builds caused a lot of problems for me. This version particularly seems much more stable than other versions.

With the game running, click on any sim and select "Kinky World..." from the menu.

Click on "Settings"

Then "WooHoo"

Then "Packages". Don't worry about the "Value". That shows the number of animation packages that you have registered, and it won't necessarily match what I have.

Then click on "Add Animations Package". You will need to do this for each separate animations package that you want to install. For example, you mentioned Amra72 and two different packages from Lady666. If you have three animations packages, you would do this once for each of those.

Enter in the text that the documentation for that animation says to use.

 

Do not include the parts in parenthesis, for example, for "L666_Animations (139 animations)", enter in "kw_l666_animations". It needs to exactly match what the documentation says it should be.

Click on the "checkmark button", and after a moment, the name that you entered will show up on the list along with the number of different positions that are included in that animation package.

Keep on clicking on "Add Animations Package" and entering in packages until all of your animations show up on this list. When you are done, click on the "checkmark button". You can then click on the "checkmark" button, to exit from the settings completely, or click on the "X" to go back to the other "WooHoo" settings options.

I'm having an issue where anything related to nudity (exhibition, show cock, ect) isn't working at all. The SIM just stands there and does nothing. Other interactions work, it's just nudity.

I tried the following steps:

- Restart my PC

- Delete Cache filed from The Sims 3 folder

- Re-download the mod and re-install it again

Nothing has changed although the rest of my mods work well. I even don't receive anymore the pop-up "Injecting Kinky Interactions" when I start the game since yesterday.

Am I the only one who encounters this problem? The only option registered under Kinky is "Exhibition" to streak.

What should I do? Please help

My understanding is that KW makes a bunch of changes to the state of a saved game that are irreversible. If it gets into an unknown state, the only options that you probably have are to go back to a saved game from before the issue happened, if you have any. If you don't, then you might have to start over with a new save.

 

Even if you don't want to throw away your saved game, I would recommend that you start a brand new game and see if it shows up normally in that game. I don't know of any cheats or anything that could be used to reset the state of KW in a current game. Anything that I can think of is going to require access to the 'Kinky World' menu.

 

I notice that you have NRaas, and it *might* be possible for you to export one or more families using NRaas Porter and import them into a new game if you don't want to lose them and a new game is the only way forward. That may or may not work because of KW. I have used porter before with KW, but KW can mess with the state of sims, too, and it might cause issues because of its state.

 

Maybe someone else will have some better advice than I do. Best of luck with your game.

I saw that there were possible animations with the kraken in the IP extension.
I saw that you have to send your simsette in the water for that. The problem is that the kraken has a low appearance rate.
Is there a solution, a code, something to make it appear?

They look good to me, but it has been a while since I built a school. I think that I remember that if you click on the menu to register the school and it is grayed out, you can hover the mouse over the menu item, and it should tell you what is missing.

Hello, I've been using KW for a long while now, but I haven't played much with female sim. Soooooo this kind of happened, I dressed my female sim in a dress, but the game flagged the outfit as full naked and other sims react to her like she was actually naked. I tried setting up the property, but it doesn't help at all. Is there any solution to fix this? I don't want to change the outfit because the one that is having the problem is a gorgeous dress  Thank you in advance.

Not a good thing for a young teen trying to support herself in the big city and .... ah, work her way into college. I thought I had a setting where KinkyWorld ignores the romantic interest thing or some sort of setting I have that overrides/cancels out the settings in like, Story Progression or something? I have the KW stuff set to "no jealousy" stuff but  several of my gal's clients are thinking they're something special. XD

 

Any help on how to fix this or suggestions on why it would be happening would be great!

I've long since stopped using KW, but IIRC, you have to modify the outfit either through kinky world's outfit settings or set casp properties. I don't particularly remember which one, but it's the one that asks you if the outfit can be pulled down or not.

The 2 mods are potentially incompatible, so should probably be used with caution when paired together. My experience was, when my sims were left on their own they'd go on texting rampages sending friendly, insulting, and woohooty texts regardless of relationship levels. Removing woohooer put a stop to that.
