I have sims 3 all the way updated and pets installed yet it wont let me perform any kinky actions claiming that there is no stage found. any idea what im doing wrong?

No stage found means you don't have the animation package installed and entered into the game.

I need a simple guide on how to backupdate my sims. Hate that there is NOTHING about it anywhere....

 

backupdate? Are you trying to patch previous versions of the game?

 

If yes, check behind the spoiler tag. If not--please explain what you mean by backupdate. :)

 

 

 

If so, which version are you running? If you have 1.69 then you shouldn't have to worry about it. Origin handles all of that.

 

If you have 1.67 and want to update/patch specific EPs, that's altogether different. The best way is to update/patch the game after you install each E/SP. This is difficult if you've installed them out of order. But there's a solution. You have to download the individual patches and run them. There's no adverse effect on the game for doing this--if they're already patched it will say so when you install it.

 

You can find the patch downloads at MTS here: http://simswiki.info/wiki.php?title=Game_Help:Patch_Table

Just click on  the version numbers underneath the game icons for the EP you want to patch.

 

 

 

> If you mean backup the game, just right click on the Sims 3 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts and select copy and then paste that to the desktop or another directory. Change it's name to TS3 Backup or something similar and voila--your game has been backed up.

Note: I always have trouble getting my CC to show up when I do this. I just redownload and reinstall the Mods folder (with the Resource.cfg file) and move all my subfolders in. Works like a charm.

I have 1.8+ around, all expansions accept for ITF (into the future) installed and my sims is cracked and auto start up without launcher opening. I must get in game and manually open it form the game itself. I'd be dead after a day of going EACH and every patch down to 1.6.7... Is there some better way ?

first I want to thank you for your hard work. I love the animated sex scenes-

 

BUT  unfortunately my sims have shoes on (!) while having naked sex. And so the males have no nude skin on their best place but the color of there shoes. It really bugs me.

 

Any idea how I can fix this?

Hello barcido, If I read your question correctly then I think I have the solution for you.  See attached piece and I hope it helps solve the issue. 

So I have a bug that occasionally happens where a sim will get stuck on a KW function like woohoo/get dressed/etc and just hang there, ignoring all commands and even the command to tell it to ignore that command. I can reset them with Master controller, but it just happens again. Any idea whats causing it? Only mods I have are KW and Nraas plugins.

 

Hello Shimsham, not sure if this will help but have you tried the Kinky/Debug/Unlock Sim or the Kinky/Debug/Unlock Object?  Not sure why it would keep happening but see what happens when you use the Unlock feature and hopefully that will solve your issue.

Okay this is long overdue and I apologize.  Teaser Time with O'Rain:

 

I am attaching pics of the new features and changes.  There are more I am sure but I either can't remember or haven't found them.   Some of this may even be a duplicate of things I've posted but I am not sure. 

 

Edit: Adding on pics of how to use the new feature in current testing phase, "The Selfie".  This walk through is a bit "busy" but it at least shows the options as you move along with it.  Pics 7, 8, 9 on this piece are how to make a forum post with photo and my simette rejected it.  I just didn't type the walk through on those since the pics are explanatory.  Book mark it or write it down please.

 

Edit 2x: Sims/Simettes can now state what they think of the quality of sex they receive from their partner or client.  It can be Awful, Good, Divine etc.  The higher the woohoo skill for both involved the better the quality.  Here is a pic of my simette who just had an awful experience from her client.  Both need more practice it seems. 

 

Edit 3x: You may now look at your sim/simettes Woohoo History.  Click Kinky/Debug/Woohoo History and that will display all of the sims/simettes (including animals if Zoolover is enabled). 

Edit 4x: Alright Cannabis fans, your sim used to spend $399.00 just to get one joint from the Cannabis Herb.  That's an expensive joint but now for the same price of $399.00 your sim can get 3 joints out of the one Cannabis Herb.

I'll give it a shot. I remember doing unlock sim which just made her toss the action successfully, but the next woohoo attempt lead to another stick. I'll try unlock object next time.

 

And I should clarify, it's this sim specifically. I have 3 sims total in my house, and the other calculate KW just fine, as do other NPC's in the town. I think it might have something to do with using the debug for getting them naked in bed, and if so it's probably just a debug hitch.

 

EDIT: So unlock Object does nothing at all, Unlock Sim essentially forces the action to stop, creating the loop stated above, and trying to uninstall KW gives me an error about unable to locate an object. Since this bug is also baked into the save essentially, I'm just gonna opt to restart it.

While I did see the post stating that we need to wait for the next update (which I am *more* than okay with, rest assured!), has anyone found a workaround for the register issue that doesn't involve taking Register out completely?  That was making my game run much more smoothly and I had no idea until I took it out.

Edit 4x: Alright Cannabis fans, your sim used to spend $399.00 just to get one joint from the Cannabis Herb. That's an expensive joint but now for the same price of $399.00 your sim can get 3 joints out of the one Cannabis Herb.

Thank you for the pics. As usual I got a few questions for you. On disabling servicee, what do the top 3 listed do in the kinky aspect? What does the kill sim in story progression mean? If I have underwear disabled, will the sims still react about my sim having no underwear? Does the underwear option effect the whole town? On the attraction of a sim, is that just for your sim (s) or can you click on any sim in town and set the attraction? Will other townies use that attraction setting on other townies? Do the kinky traits effect how your sim (s) or townie sims act? As in if they have a woohoo less trait will they be less likely to kinky woohoo? I think this is my last one lo . Got ya busy this time lol. Does the kinky story progression interfere with nraas story page? Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions. I truly appreciate it :)

1)Disabling of services: These are to either prevent or allow the sims for the service you are enabling or disabling.  Annoying Paparazzi? Turn them off.  At least that's my understanding of it.  I believe they are there for additional clientele, at least that is what I use it for.  Patreonites, correct me if I am wrong.

 

2) Kill Sim in Sotry Progression: I don't know the answer to that, I have never used any Story Progression.  Not EA nor NRAAS and thought this was something implemented from one of those by popular demand.  I will ask on Patreon for you.  Okay that is now #15 on my submission report from testing today.  Should have an answer within a few days.

 

3) Underwear settings do affect the whole town not just your sim/simette (just like the menstrual cycle etc.  It is not specific to one sim)

 

4) The Attraction piece is sim to sim, I can set one at 10 and not have it affect another. 

 

5) The Kinky Traits do influence a sims behavior (Rapist trait can generate a sim to rape another if horny enough/has happened twice tonight in my game)

 

6) Not sure about the StoryProgression, again that is number 15 on my submission report today and hopefully I will have something for you.  This is a new feature just rolled out in Build 305 which is the current test product.

Totally understandable, I'm the same way with other games - forget what's in mods versus what isn't, or what features are and aren't available to paid members :)  And with a mod as extensive as this one, there are so many features that it's easy to overlook the ones you seldom use.

Thank you the answers. :) really looking forward to using that rape trait. Prefer the idea of townie raping instead of strangers lol oh I forgot to ask. You had a pic on the pregnancy info. It said duration 66. Does that mean that sim has 66 hours left of her pregnancy or does that mean how many hours into the pregnancy? Is it based on the games duration? I ask on duration because I have a mod that let's my sims walk normal when they are pregnant and hope it doesn't conflict. I hate how EA made them walk like that. I had 2 babies and never walked like that either time.

Thanks for the info, O'Rain. I've got a question too (or maybe someone else knows), with the latest version of patreon KW does this mean that our Sims can rape their family members or housemates? I have the latest public release and my Sim guys always refuse to rape the ladies of their household. If there's a new rapist trait, will that solve that problem or do you have to enable rape between family members,etc.?

It said duration 66. Does that mean that sim has 66 hours left of her pregnancy or does that mean how many hours into the pregnancy? Is it based on the games duration? I ask on duration because I have a mod that let's my sims walk normal when they are pregnant and hope it doesn't conflict. I hate how EA made them walk like that. I had 2 babies and never walked like that either time.

 

I think I can answer #2. EA's story progression sometimes kills off a sim randomly, even babies. This option prevents it from happening. This does not stop sims dying from old age or accidents, however. It only prevents that random "Let's kill a sim today" action. Lol.

 

I don't know how it affects Nraas' SP. However, Nraas' SP automatically disables EA's so I doubt this setting would have any affect in that situation.

Okay this is long overdue and I apologize. Teaser Time with O'Rain:

 

I am attaching pics of the new features and changes. There are more I am sure but I either can't remember or haven't found them. Some of this may even be a duplicate of things I've posted but I am not sure.

 

Edit: Adding on pics of how to use the new feature in current testing phase, "The Selfie". This walk through is a bit "busy" but it at least shows the options as you move along with it. Pics 7, 8, 9 on this piece are how to make a forum post with photo and my simette rejected it. I just didn't type the walk through on those since the pics are explanatory. Book mark it or write it down please.

 

Edit 2x: Sims/Simettes can now state what they think of the quality of sex they receive from their partner or client. It can be Awful, Good, Divine etc. The higher the woohoo skill for both involved the better the quality. Here is a pic of my simette who just had an awful experience from her client. Both need more practice it seems.

 

Edit 3x: You may now look at your sim/simettes Woohoo History. Click Kinky/Debug/Woohoo History and that will display all of the sims/simettes (including animals if Zoolover is enabled).

 

Edit 4x: Alright Cannabis fans, your sim used to spend $399.00 just to get one joint from the Cannabis Herb. That's an expensive joint but now for the same price of $399.00 your sim can get 3 joints out of the one Cannabis Herb.

 

Thank you for the pics. As usual I got a few questions for you. On disabling servicee, what do the top 3 listed do in the kinky aspect? What does the kill sim in story progression mean? If I have underwear disabled, will the sims still react about my sim having no underwear? Does the underwear option effect the whole town? On the attraction of a sim, is that just for your sim (s) or can you click on any sim in town and set the attraction? Will other townies use that attraction setting on other townies? Do the kinky traits effect how your sim (s) or townie sims act? As in if they have a woohoo less trait will they be less likely to kinky woohoo? I think this is my last one lo . 1)Disabling of services: These are to either prevent or allow the sims for the service you are enabling or disabling. Annoying Paparazzi? Turn them off. At least that's my understanding of it. I believe they are there for additional clientele, at least that is what I use it for. Patreonites, correct me if I am wrong.

 

2) Kill Sim in Sotry Progression: I don't know the answer to that, I have never used any Story Progression. Not EA nor NRAAS and thought this was something implemented from one of those by popular demand. I will ask on Patreon for you. Okay that is now #15 on my submission report from testing today. Should have an answer within a few days.

 

3) Underwear settings do affect the whole town not just your sim/simette (just like the menstrual cycle etc. It is not specific to one sim)

 

4) The Attraction piece is sim to sim, I can set one at 10 and not have it affect another.

 

5) The Kinky Traits do influence a sims behavior (Rapist trait can generate a sim to rape another if horny enough/has happened twice tonight in my game)

You got it No1.Froggie, the KW mod now ticks down the hours to delivery.  In the pic, my simette "Paige" had 66 hours left of the 72 hours assigned.  The simettes still do the EA pregnant waddle with KW so I am not sure how your other mod will play with KW.  I can't say for sure that it will or will not conflict. 

 

Also glad Janyses was able to answer the Story Progression thingy for you.

I had 3 kids and I ALWAYS walked like that. Not only reared back, but I waddled side to side like a duck, LOL. But it wasn't from weight gain; I suffer from bursitis in my hips and pregnancy makes it 100 times worse. I modded it so that pregnancy lasts 5 days and they only do the walk for the last day or so. Makes no sense to me that they do it even when they're not showing.

Thanks for the info, O'Rain. I've got a question too (or maybe someone else knows), with the latest version of patreon KW does this mean that our Sims can rape their family members or housemates? I have the latest public release and my Sim guys always refuse to rape the ladies of their household. If there's a new rapist trait, will that solve that problem or do you have to enable rape between family members,etc.?

Wicked so sorry, I am not sure how I missed this.  Ummm not sure if I have an accurate answer on that.  The household I had tonight before it got all borked up was my simette "Angel" was preggers (she was the only sim I had active in the household as I was testing out the zoolover and exhibition).  Pregnancy stagnated at 48 hours and unfortunately seems to be the case with most of the litters I've been testing, so I added an NPC (made him active) rapist to the household so that I could use the NRAAS Debug to force the pregnancy.  This NPC had the rapist trait.  "Angel" and Deshaun (the rapist) were actually good friends but he kept raping her because he would get super horny by making himself watch Kinky TV.  She is a masochist so I don't know if that had anything to do with it.  They were not related in any manner just living in the same household and got along well (except the raping).  So this is the answer I have for you but not sure if that is what you are looking for.
