Real funny to work 9 customers in a single night (using MSCmod for 23 hrs open and 25 sims max) and earn more than 2500 Simolans

I've mentioned this a couple of times, but I also have the game breaking freezing error when loading a saved OKW game. My solution has been to turn off OKW before I save and quit and not enable it until all other mods are working in my game after I restart it. I never have any problems with the game freezing at start up if I remember to disable OKW before every save. My theory is that my computer can't handle everything happening at once at start up - getting SP running, etc - so it just stops. If I give it a couple of minutes to settle in before enabling OKW, it's fine.

 

I just recently did a new install so I just started using the latest version of Kinky and I started noticing issues early on with the game starting, but then when after a few moments the game would lag a bit and then the sims themselves would just freeze.  I could still move the mouse pointer around, the objects with animations like the AC fan would continue to spin, and z's would still be animated if a sim was sleeping, but the clock would stop, and I'd be unable to control anything.  I alt-tabbed out of the game and checked the task manager to see if it said the game was "not responding" but it always said the game was still running.   I then checked my script error logs to see what was going on and I found that each time the issue happened, the same error log was being generated.  First I thought maybe it was the merged packages I created, so I went back to usign the packages individually instead of merged (for the record I only merge makeup and clothing mods), but that wasn't it.  I then thought it may have been the masteranimations since hte issue started happening around that time, but that wasn't it.  I then remembered that when I started using 2.4, Nraas' error trap was causing the Sims to reset quite often if they were about to try to "get kinky", but I just figured it was a coincidence because error trap has worked on earlier versions of Kinky mod without an issue. 

 

 

But after re-installing Kinky Mod two or three times, running Delphy's dashboard, removing mods, and getting to the point where I was going to say.. fuck it.. I decided to remove error trap and re-load the game and when I did, the freeze was gone.  So far I've saved, exited, re-loaded, played for awhile, saved, exited, re-loaded and played for awhile and so far no freezes and the Sims aren't resetting at all anymore when they try to get kinky.  However, the same script error log is still being generated every time I start the game.  So I'm thinking that when the Kinky mod was throwing the error I keep getting when I start the game, Error Trap would attempt to do its thing by resetting things but causing things to freeze up instead..

 

As for the error log, there's actually two that I keep getting, the second one happens everytime I exit the game.

 

Here's the one that seemed to be conflicting with error trap and causing the freeze...

 

I attached a zip with the two error logs.. the one marked #1 of course is the one that appears to have been causing error trap to cause the game to freeze, while #2 happens whenever I exit.

 

Again, this didn't happen when on my old installation with the Kinky mod, but that was several months ago and I don't remember what version it was.

 

In short, if anyone out there is having freezing issues and use errortrap, try removing it to see if that helps.

Error 1 should be fixed in the next update, I think that started to appear with Lady666`s recent update and a 5sum animation (it`s not her fault btw) XML parsing woohoo stage is the clue there.

First time I`ve had a blue screen with the massage table.

I didn`t see the interaction start, it was autonomous between 2 townies on a community lot that I wasn`t watching.

Zoomed to the lot when I got the blue screen. Romantic massage was in progress....it`s possible that the girl was in professional role, she does that autonomously.

Unlocked the male sim with debug to stop the blue screen repeating.

Never had this error too. Thanks for the log, I'll take a loot at it.

 

If it happens again, please let me know.

Actually "Error 2" is not even an error it's just the normal execution log.

I was wondering if sims ever have autonomous sex on the floor with this mod? My sims always seem to move to an object, unless I direct them to do it without one. 

 

Does this happen for everyone?

They used to have auto sex on the floor more often but changes to the xml format in v2.0 altered that. Lady666 has added the keyword "Rug" to her floor anims, Masteranimations KW version also has "Rug" so put some rugs down and you`ll see them doing auto floor anims.

 

Amra hasn`t put rug in his release yet, but I`ve altered my copy of it. You can find CC stuff out there that acts as a rug but looks like decor..e.g bloody footprints at :

You won't have to use rugs in version 0.2.5. The system will be able to scan floors and not only objects when it looks for the "best place" to woohoo.

You could have your sim solo woohoo in a crowded place and this should make the others horny and decide to seek the company of another or be by oneself.  You could also click on various sims and select states and "make horny" on various ones.  I'm sure there are other ways but this is what comes to my mind currently

I figured error 2 wasn't anything to worry about and was it wasn't really an error and just reported as one.

 

Error 1 however, the time stamp is from right when the game freezes if errortrap is loaded, and it makes sense that the error is being generated by Lady666's recent update for two reasons. 

 

1. I didn't have an issue with Error Trap prior to Lady666's recent update

 

2. When I add.. I think its KW_Lady666_Crazy_animations or KW_Lady666'_kinky_animations, the game throws up a darkish blue window claiming there's been some kind of script issue.  Once I click reset on that window the animations load and it works fine but its obvious there is some type of xml bug in one of those two packs. 

 

On the bright side, it doesn't look like masternimations had anything to do with this so I can add it back shortly.  I don't use a lot of the animations from that pack but some are too cool to ignore.

Sorry if this has been covered but I tried to do Amra's female solo with a dildo. I figured out that I had to do the left hand prop in debug but the strapon keeps showing up on her as well. I'm still learning all the ins and outs of KW but what could I be doing wrong?

I've been warning people for a while now that ErrorTrap freezes the game with Kinky installed. I'm sure there are more than just one type of conflict, because it froze my game way before Lady666's update.

My little sim whore could make big bugs to use the interaction "sollicit for costumer"  instead of waiting around for men to come to her (using the debug state "horny" on the guys).

But while during a gameplay, all of a sudden that interaction was gone!! Forcing my sim to wait for costumers....  anyone else have seen this problem?

Donica, you go to a bar or disco and start whoring...... you can wait for customers to come to you, or you can go to them (using interaction sollicit.customer). If they are horny enough (or you use the debug menu to get them in a horny state) they will come along. You get a visible price list, and after the service you get paid.

You do have to have a woohoo skill level of 1 before you can start whoring, though. I usually just used Master Controller to set their skill level at 1 if I want my character to start the game as a prostitute. 

 

I've been having a lot of trouble lately with whoring, though - a lot of times the animation suddenly ends and the sims pop apart and I don't get paid. I guess I should ask for my money upfront. lol 

 

Oh, I had another weird thing happen with whoring. I was at a store at night, after closing time, chatting with a townie and flirty with him. I don't remember which one, but his traits were normal ones - no insane or evil or anything. Anyhow, after my sim flirted with him, she started whoring and he solicited her. They start having their fun and then suddenly the action cancelled (with the X over the action in the queue) and he beat her up and raped her. I've never seen townies rape before unless they were insane or something (Juan Darer has raped a few times, for example). Maybe he was super horny or something? It was just weird that he stopped having sex with her in order to rape her. Maybe he didn't want to pay. lol

That`s interesting, I saw that happen quite a lot in pre 2.0 builds but not seen it since.
