Nisa's Wicked Perversions (here) escort system sounds pretty close to what you're after, more geared toward being the escort but still works great as the 'john' too.

Skarrds lingerie collection (here) has something close, along with a matching but optional garter belt. Also has some really good bras & panties too as an added bonus. There's no thumbnail for the stockings on the page but they look like this (better quality ingame & more swatches);

I wish someone would make a mod to make NPCs look more normal, without crazy clothes or crazy sounding names. And just... Generally more normal looking, without weird-looking bodies or costumes or out of the ordinary skin colors.

It takes you out of the gameplay.

The only option to change that as of now, is to either go into Create-a-Sim and waste your time changing each and every one of them, only for more to be created and replaced or to waste your time banning clothes through MC Dresser, which doesn't solve the whole issue, anyway.

It is very annoying and many people complain about it.

I'm curious as to whether or not there are any retexture cc for Simoleons, adult or otherwise. Simoleons are on constant display in the Get Famous expansion so I'd like to see something to spruce them up a bit.

Anyone remember in Sims 3 Ambitions where you ice sculpt things and eventually people in selective poses? I miss that.

I would want a sex mod (wicked) where fisting was a thing and also the usage of objects for anal penetration. Analsex would be a skill set. Normal anal sex would raise the skill slow, fisting a bit faster and penetrating with larger objects fast. Would be fun also if they could get the modlet as embarrassed for being "broken" once they reach L10. And it would be for both females and males. Masturbation and being masturbated by another sim.

 

Smaller ideas:
Working double dildos that allowed couples to do an "oral" session.
An animation for being tied to the bed (bed with 4 poles) and fucked all ways possible.

I feel like this might have been suggested around Get to Work, but one thing I feel I'm missing out is all that time my sim spends working. I could find a way to just work with the escort, and the job one I did find does give you a lot of free time compared to other jobs, but I am spending a lot of my time maintaining my sims that I can't find time for them to fuck. But, if a job was to just open a brothel that would work.

You could try Nisa's Wicked Perversions or Wicked Work with one of Get Together's clubs to see if that can simulate a proper brothel. That or control an entire household of registered Kiwami/Roses.

That's what I'm kind of thinking, and I guess if anything I need to buy Get Together expansion first, but then I then kind of want to have a progress track to go with it. I'm guessing the clubs in game will have a thing to invest and expand in. 

What I want is less empty sex.

I have searched everywhere and I have not seen an option to offer blood to vampires. That would be nice. Even an option in an animation during sex would be ok. Just my 2 cents....

Not sure if you were directing comment at me. I will elaborate anyway. A sim doesn't seem able to offer blood to a vampire npc not of his or hers household. I think it would be nice to offer vampire house guests a neck for a treat on long stayovers.
