JohnRedfield Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I got a fresh install of Skyrim, with its latest update, and its mods as well. I followed the tutorials http://www.loverslab.com/topic/25219-getting-started-with-sexlab-how-to-install-sexlab-and-its-requirements/ And of course, I went through all the FAQ section (the one that says, how I know you didn't read...) and did what it asked. Now. The Framework, Sky, Sexlab, and the FNIS are all installed (and updated) all the other addons, such as beastiality, Defeat, etc, were propperly installed and updated through FNIS. The problem is, it simply doesn't works. I kept looking, and looking because there was no way for me to make the mod working, until I found out I needed a mod manager, I installed it, did everything guides showed. Still nothing. So... Now, I got a Nexus manager filled with mods that don't work, a huge folder that has a huge load of stuff that doesn't works, and I dunno simply what I did wrong. On my documents, there's no log for the plugins where there's suppossed to be one, like , I double checked, edited the files and everything and there's yet anything. I really don't know what else to do, its making me kind of mad... I press ESC each time I get on the game, go to System, but nothing appears, the enemies don't do anything as well, heck, not even the nudity is working... So... Any help, really really is hugely appreciated.
JohnRedfield Posted February 3, 2015 Author Posted February 3, 2015 Did you get SKSE? yes, and I load my game through it. I also enabled everything on Nexus, and verified everything was installed.
swmas Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Go through all one at a time. Disable everything except sexlab, see if sexlab appears in MCM, then test it with match maker, if that works install more nasty creatures, test that and so on and so forth. Don't forget to run FNIS every time.
Rokabur Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 Dump NMM in the toilet and use Mod Organizer instead. Need to run LOOT to sort mods correctly too.
Uncle64 Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 You cant say that you should dump NMM. That is silly to say. Almost stupid. Rokabur. But it is up to you. So JohnReidfield. You have SKSE working, did you run Fnis? Did you run LOOT as other suggested? You can add Wrye Bash to your tools it can do things that MO cant. Sorry Rokabur but you have 10 min penalty. If you cant help shut up please. Some mods do need to load in proper order for them to work. We need your load order to help you. I can help you, I use 230 mods and use NMM/LOOT/Wrye and it goes like charm. But you need to install them in correct order, if you use MO you still need to install them in correct order. What is your loadorder after you did run LOOT?

What is your loadorder after you did run LOOT? Hi. Thank you for answering. My mod order was the same as the guide sugested step by step. I ran the LOOT only after I installed everything and it suggested no errors on anything. I think the only solution now its to delete the whole skyrim folder, and re-download everything.
shardoom Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 For the record mod organizer is massively superior to NMM. Hell, even FOMM is massively superior to NMM, the nexus mod manager is garbage. (Also for the record you can run wrye bash through MO if you so desire, just like you can run all of the patchers, TES5edit, FNIS. Mod organiser is 100% pure awesome)
srayesmanll Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 The NMM vs MO discussion is useless, so let's leave it out for now. Before anyone helps you further, you need to provide the info requested in the pinned threads in the technical support section (primarily the papyrus log). The instructions are in the pinned threads. Also provide the FNIS output - when the generator is done, click into the top section where the results are, higlight EVERYTHING in that top section, copy & paste in the this thread. Export a copy of your load order from NMM (there is an export button on the left side of the screen) and paste here. Without this info, were are all just pissing the wind when trying to help. Provide the info and we can help you get the problem solved. Also providing the EXACT problem will help as well (just saying "It don't work" doesn't really help us help you). [EDIT] Make sure you paste the info in spoiler tags: [ spoiler ] your stuff here [ /spoiler ] Just remove the spaces to make it work so you'll end up with this: your stuff here
Ashal Posted February 3, 2015 Posted February 3, 2015 I was admittedly all ready to pounce on you for the fact that you said you read all the faqs, including the one about not knowing how to read, and yet STILL did not include a debug log. However since you said it simply wasn't working, I guess I'll let it pass. But honestly, as srayessmanll says. You need to post a papyrus debug log. Without it or the very least a description other than "It's not working" all anybody here can do is throw random possible guesses at you, while if we had a log to check and a description of where it's not working, you could likely get an quick and exact answer to your problem.
Uncle64 Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 We still need your Papyrus log and your current load order. We cant help you any more then we have done, if we don't get those. You can have one simple problem, like 2 mods in wrong order. There are some errors that no mod program like NMM/MO detects. Loot don't detect all errors. Wrye can help you to find them. But we need some logs and load orders.
kowaretatenshi Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 thought id ask the question since sadly im no good at readng these things but my skyrim keeps crashing to desktop and my papyrus log says this exactly [02/03/2015 - 09:29:50AM] Papyrus log opened (PC) [02/03/2015 - 09:29:50AM] error: Native function GetUseSound in empty state does not match existing signature on linked type Potion. Function will not be bound. [02/03/2015 - 09:29:50AM] Update budget: 1.200000ms (Extra tasklet budget: 1.200000ms, Load screen budget: 500.000000ms) [02/03/2015 - 09:29:50AM] Memory page: 128 (min) 512 (max) 76800 (max total) and i have no flipping idea what it means, anyone know what it means? im a bit timid about posting publicly since every time i have ive been insulted endlessly and just verbally abused for being new to this
Guest Jezzy Posted February 4, 2015 Posted February 4, 2015 Tip : use TES5Edit to find error causing your Skyrim to CTD. This tool saved me a lot of trouble figuring out wtf was going on with my setup
