uglykidcid Posted September 14, 2011 Author Posted September 14, 2011 On that note the items in the KOTN and SI collection should overwrite very little. In most cases the esp redirects. Thank you. I actually made these compilations years ago and have been working on them over the years. OF course with a 100 gig data file I often have multiple mods that effect the same thing which is why I never noticed the missing mesh. I could never post these on the NEXUS without needing an act of Congress in permissions. So it is a pleasure to be able to put them here.
Tobbe27 Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 Are there any recquired downloads for this, like... prior downloads? Or can I just download this and go wild?
Tobbe27 Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 Ran into a problem! The tits... extend. Well you know, like a graphical bug! And when I take the clothes off, it's the normal underwear beneath! Did I miss something? I guess the tits need special clothes... but shouldn't they work nude too?
uglykidcid Posted September 20, 2011 Author Posted September 20, 2011 You need Growlfs universal skeleton with any BBB mod
Tobbe27 Posted September 20, 2011 Posted September 20, 2011 Oh I see, I had another one! I'll try it out then, much appreciated!
z4m0lx3s Posted September 21, 2011 Posted September 21, 2011 Oh I see' date=' I had another one! I'll try it out then, much appreciated! [/quote'] If you use OBMM (and you should ) just get this package: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34442 Includes a bunch of bodies and the skeleton you need. I found the DM body in the full nude options works best.
uglykidcid Posted September 21, 2011 Author Posted September 21, 2011 I use that one too. I than added animations which I posted here.
NexusCron Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 What about a version of all this that makes everything in this compliation for player charry only? I don't want random NPCs running around in DMRA Gear on mine. Lol.
Onetogo Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 I wanted to say thanks Uglykidcid for the amazing compilation your efforts ought to be rewarded
NexusCron Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 indeed, I just know there are stock armor replacers, stock clothing and robe replacers, but no SI replacers. (And the stock armor replacers that are player only lack the Mythic Dawn Armor, which is so damn sexy...Can anyone remedy this?!)
gregathit Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 NexusCron, if you are wanting to force the npc's to wear the mythic dawn armor from another mod it really isn't all that hard. Just a minute or so in the CS and you can have them wear just about anything you so choose! Also my main man if you are looking for SI dmra clothing\armor replacers then: http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29107 Have Fun!!!
NexusCron Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 No. Thats not what i ment..I don't want NPCs to wear the DMRA armor replacers. I wanted them to be player only, there are a few mods that fix that so its player only. But the DMRA STock Armor "Player Only" ESP Addon removed the Mythic Dawn DMRA Expanded outfit. Its in the meshes and textures, but I have no idea how to modify an ESP.
NexusCron Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 What i wanted was a "Player Only" Replacer for the SI versions.
gregathit Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Well then what you really want is just armor or clothes added to a box or bag somewhere and not a replacer mod (as that implies that it replaces something in game). There is no such thing as a replacer mod only for pc's as oblivion simply can't make the distinction. You can have an item(s) have the same name but a different look (by giving the new one a different id in the CS), you can have the item look different from a male to female but that's it. So to summarize don't look at replacer mods at all. Look for mods that add clothes to a chest\bag\vendor but don't replace anything already "in game." There are quite a few of these type of mods out there. As to modifying an esp....I strongly encourage you to learn. While it can at times be a little (scratch that A LOT) frustrating....the payoffs are HUGE!!!!!! Some late night reading: http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Category:A_beginner%27s_guide
gregathit Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 ouch grega ' date=' thats some solid meal to swallow [/quote'] Sure, but can you honestly tell me that you have regretted learning how to use the CS?????
me3 Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 ofc , im using it but im not very skilled at i just meant nexuscron has a bit , erm a lot to do , cause i went thru this hell , aswell . hahahaha poetry .....
gregathit Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Yea, everyone goes through the learning hell (I'm still there to be quite truthful). However a forum like this one is a great place to learn! You'll not find a forum of such helpful and friendly folks anywhere!
NexusCron Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Look on Nexus, Edhildil's Replacer mods. There's a person on there who made it so that it only affects the player. I don't know how they did that. As Examples http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=39236 http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=34231 But I allready use those two, What I was asking is could someone make one for the Shivering Isles version of Edhildil's Replacers. And the "Stock Armor" One, based off expanded, lacks the Mythic Dawn armor modification done by Edhildil. Heh. Thats ALL.
gregathit Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Ah, NexusCron, I see what you are talking about. Quite clever mods. I can see he basically made a copy of each item and pointed it at the DRMA mesh that he wished to replace. Still trying to figure out how he scripted the change for the vanilla to move to alternate mesh. One hell of a lot of work let me tell you. To add all those alternate items into the CS would have taken hours. Well NexusCron if you don't end up finding what you want just holler and I can walk you through how to add your own clothing or armor items with the CS.
NexusCron Posted November 9, 2011 Posted November 9, 2011 Greg, All Iw as gonna ask you to do was just enable the Mythic Dawn armor replacer in it, I don't care if it ends p replacing the main mythic dawn female armor. I like that one, its just the player only version doesn't it have it. as much as i'd like an SI Version...To be honest. I'm scared of touching ESP. I'm a little intimidated by the complexity of modding something. I can mod say, Medieval 2 Total war, cause its just editing text files. But this seems much more complex. I hope you can understand WHY I'm intimidated.
gregathit Posted November 10, 2011 Posted November 10, 2011 NexusCron, I surely do understand and remember being where you are at. So please don't feel like I am at all being harsh or unkind. Learning to use the CS can be very intimidating! Rather I am trying to gently push you towards broadening your modding talents. I also mod MTW2 and that in and of itself though just txt files was a pain!!! You can do this of that I am certain! The thing to remember is always make a copy of the esp you are going to edit before doing anything. Then if you mess something up....no sweat you just delete it and drop your backup copy back in. I can help you get the armor "in game" but it will be wearable by both you and the NPC's as I don't fully understand the scripting that he did. If that works for you then what I need to know is if you have this: oblivion\data\meshes\armor\mythicdawn\mythicdawnF.nif If you have this file already there then making the switch to the one you want will be fairly easy (drag and drop).
NexusCron Posted January 20, 2012 Posted January 20, 2012 I can't do that. I don't know how to mod. http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=39236 a mod such as this. There's one for Skimpy Armor Replacer, there's one for the Clothing Replacer and the Robes replacer. Now, there needs to be one for Shivering Isles. Can no one do this? It doesn't seem as hard as it sounds. I don't want to do it myself. Too tedious. I don't know how, and its too complex for me to comprehend. I can't.
