Errors when loading a game

I keep getting a message that SKSE thinks that Sexlabutil.dll is either out of date or missing.  Now, I know it's there and it's uptodate.  So what else could cause the error?

What have you all installed it could be that you overwrote the up to date one with one that is in a different mod.

Here's some Jpgs of it, not sure if there's place I could just cut/pasted the list so I did it the hard way >.<;

Also now i'm getting a error "SKSE Version out of date or not installed.   Found 46, needs 47 "  Not sure what that even means, I just installed the latest version...

Nothing officially released wants 1.7.2, only the current development releases provided by the git repo. Which unless you followed directly telling you to install Git, you are assuredly not using.

If you are getting erros related to SexLabUtil.dll, AND I GODDAMNED MEAN SEXLABUTIL.DLL, NOT STORAGEUTIL.DLL, than your errors are 100% install related, you have not correctly installed the most recent files. 100% fact.

If you are confusing the SexLabUtil error for the StorageUtil error, which seems stupidly common for people to do. Than your issue is that you installed SOS AFTER SexLab, or have SOS at a higher priority (lower on the list) than SexLab.

I'm assuming the message "Found 46 , expected 47" is from SOS, which requires SKSE 1.7.2

I guess maybe you fucked up your SKSE installation at some point and then SexlabUtil.dll complained about this. Then you reinstalled version 1.7.1 and now it's SOS who complains because it requires the newest version.

If you don't like using this version, or your other installed mods have trouble using 1.7.2 (they shouldn't), don't upgrade SOS.
