I had no trouble installing both Data and texture files seperately.

 

Try deactivating ALL mods and leaving only Skyrim.

yeah i instal via NMM.

 

i can put outfit on but have only one problem i can't enter the castle may be i should deactivate all mod and try it again.

Hmm i dont see why you would need to deactivate anything, are you sure you are installing it properly?

 

as for the mesh>ctd i dont know, it is possible, certainly if that mesh was a skeleton.

Well, if something crashes my game, i go backwards in deactivating in plugins, while keeping the mod i want up until it works. That way you can figure out exactly wats conflicting. Will take you a while, but if you think it logically, if the clothes work, then it has to deal with the castle itself or SOMETHING in the castle. That worked wonders with FONV when i added places and it conflicted with another mod. Personally, seeing as the clothes work, dont bother deactivating clothing mods

I'm getting around 150k/b and 80k/b in 30 min I'll have it, it's an upgrade or I have to delete the previous ank castle ?

Should I delete now the files, ank_castle_npc.esp and ank_castle_items.esp ? those files are from the previous ank castle that are no longer in the 2.0

Ok - i tested this 2.0 version and here are my thoughts:

Plus side:

 

1) i LOVE that new additional room / area with NPCs that can train you in master lvl (getting my alchemy 80+), it also has awesome looks borrowed from blackreach + a usable bed + shrines + sister of my favorite bard Lisette xD Im in heaven because she has the same voice & songs.

 

2) They added stalls with a free horse. I have shadowmere but it is still nice.

 

 

 

Fail-ish side:

 

1) No new weapons

 

2) Dark armour fixed poorly (added gloves that fit not very well & look like a gypsum....... + this armor is still untannable)

 

3) They added mostly heavy armor T_T

 

4) Bugged main two NPC clothing (those classy dresses with rose) - they are naked.. Not that i object but still, even my wife Hroki lost her dress so i had to give her a new present-clothing.

hmm.. i tried the link from What Mod is That and i merged it into ONE single zip and now im getting CTDs when i tyr to enter. Installing Bong's one seperately via NMM worked but ill go test Cicattrix's one now

The mod is installed properly ( believe me i checked multiple times ) but when im in the castle' date=' The npcs can not sell the armor or weapons, Like there is no option to even look at what they are selling, i have the Textures and the Data folders and i merged them like you said to, But still no avail, Am i doing something wrong??

If they aren't selling, check the time. They should have normal vendor hours.

 

i have a similar problem but my weapon vendor sells things after spam clicking the chat option a few times, while the armor vendor does not open shop no matter what i do

Just visit them at proper time.. 8am - 8pm

i made a rar archive for NMM, just download and install it, if it works for me - it will work for you.

Well, i'm having no luck with combining Cicattrix's files together. Still a CTD for me. Was going to install them seperately, but that obviously didnt work since it misplaced all the texture files everywhere. Imma wait for Kashim and try his.

Maybe try Internet Download Manager - it helped me to download waay faster from 115

still getting crashes with this when entering the shop for the first time.

 

with the first version I was able to get into the shop once but each time after that it crashed when entering. this is wierd. @.@

first, if you get CTD it must be the mod fault. our links should be safe, not too much things too mess when zip them to be opened to mistakes. and even w/o a Texture missing the game should CTD but give you purple armors. so, if there is a bug is into the esp or esm or textures...

 

but, as long some people have it working, is clear that the flies are fine and the issue is at your game or PC. for example, you can get CTD if your PC get overloaded by graphics. you should consider this too. especially that there are tons of textures which the game must load when you enter the castle and which may put your video card to a big stress...

AHaha, well i am dling with IDM and it was 7 hrs. Now its 2 hr left.

 

The ting is, when i installed the mod seperately via NMM (yes, i know Cicattrix suggested in her info file manual, but i hate manual removal) it worked, even though the textures were in the wrong place. I just got purple armour everywhere, but the mod worked. When i dropped them all into one single folder and the textures into the texture folder (so everything is merged correctly) and then zipped it like someone said a few pages back, it then doesnt work. I might try installing data file via NMM so i CAN get into the shop and then manually setting in the textures, just to see if i can get it completely working with texutres.

 

I had 2.0 working completely before so i doubt its pc overload. Also i am just testing for other people to see if zipping into single RAR file works.

please help i get CTD when i try to enter the door of ANK castle. i only have GTX 560 ti OC. could that be problem?

 

I doubt it, i have my GTS 250 and its ok

I just got into the shop again. I dont exactly how it worked but I was working on patching The_Ashen race with the extened color patcher (which still doesnt work for me <.<).

 

I tried entering the shop again before patching the race but this time I used tcl to enter through the entrance on the mountain. first area loaded fine since its just a forge with no npcs and stuff.

the second area with the shop crashed again but after patching the ashen race (I doubt this has anything to do with it)and loading the save I was inside the shop with no CTD.

 

this was with the first version of ank_castle. Im trying the 2.0 now.

 

I used the mod manager to start the game btw.

 

EDIT: version 2 works now, too. I dont really get why but it does.

I installed your file with NMM and everything works fine so far, entering leaving buying etc.

Install the file with NMM and it works fine for me. One thing I notice that this mod cause some dialogue like "What do you have for sale?" into a bunch of square. I presume that because this mod is in Chinese and it alter something in the esp. Doesn't have that problem with ver. 1
