Xatos Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 As for the perk for level mod have you tried Project Nevada. I believe I used that in combo with this one and it worked just fine. PN is too intensive for my computer, which can't even support the 4gb loader. Last time I tried it with minimum core + minimum rebalance effects that I wanted, I ended up crashing every time I drank water or ate food after the first 2 hours of any save. I don't mind the loss of perk per level it's a small sacrifice. Now if I had to give up all the body mods, and custom races like Mojave Delight then we're onto something. I have no idea, all I know is that for my saves, it breaks the Run Goodsprings Run quest. Adficio fails no matter what like my previous posts listed so that is a non-factor. But if you don't mind always killing Trudy and Sunny or siding with Goodsprings then there might not be any additional problems and you can retain Perk Every Level. What I'm worried about is reading the comments on that Nexus page, because a good amount of people seem to be claiming the mod doesn't even work as far as the level 100 cap is concerned, and those comments seem to be more recent than the latest uploaded file. Perk per level is great, but if half of the mod is broken I can only see it as a liability, though you never know with modding. In fact, I don't think you should consider removing anything until you see something break. Have you tried making a new save with your current loadout and trying to do Run Goodsprings Run -> Walk of Shame? If you can do it, there's no problems. And if you can spare the time, please test out Adficio I'd like to know if people like me are some unlucky minority or if the problem is more widespread.

Was also funny how you could save Deputy Beagle without ever fighting the convicts in Primm, get a new Sheriff, and every one of them would die except the boss who just disappears, just stumbled onto that this run. Not sure if intentional but more variety is always good, though I'm not sure if it makes sense the convicts don't aggro when you set loose the deputy. Haha - it never occurred to me someone would become friendly with the convicts as a way to free Beagle. That's one of the great things about Fallout and a rewarding thing about making these mods - to see how people handle things. Attached is a small mod called CleanPerkPerLevel - the only thing it contains is I changed the variable for how often you get perks, so it's impossible for it to conflict with anything else. Place it below any level increase mod in your load order. I don't know how the other mod you were using works, as I don't use it. If there's no dirty edits in the mod you were using, I probably just re-invented the wheel and you'll run into the same issue despite the fact you shouldn't be. CleanPerkPerLevl.esp

As for the Beagle thing, I probably shouldn't request anything extra when I'm still begging for help to make Adficio work, but maybe make it so you add an option where you slip Beagle a knife or any kind of small bladed weapon with an extra dialogue option, and make another option with the boss where you fuck him and a few guys instead of just him as a way to distract the thugs. And there would be two ways for this to play out, one where you give him the maintenance key which is only available from the locked room near the entrance (so guys without lockpicking/science can't get it) and he would successfully sneak out the back way. The other would be him trying to get away but since he lacks the key he gets gunned down. And if you really wanna make it extra juicy, maybe time it so he gets caught right after a certain turn of fucking, and the boss questions whether or not that was you and have a skill/perk check of some sort along with choices like <attack> oh screw it die! and such. Having a skill/perk check that lets you abandon Beagle after he gets caught would be amusing as he tries to drag you down with him. I want to reiterate that in no way am I trying to push this idea on you Loogie, but I just wanted to put it on the table if you're looking for some more ideas before I forget. However, having a male choice to corrupt Cass would be fun and I think most would like that. Possibly even mod followers like the popular Willow and Vanessa.

I've become enslaved at the prison and I've been durdling around for a few days with no forward progress. I thought at some point Scrambler would come, at least that's what Eddie's dialogue implied but neither of them have any special dialogue at this point and they haven't done anything different. I've tried escaping which triggers the collar, but the scene change from that crashes my game 100% of the time. Any help with the crash or just an exit strategy would be appreciated. Xatos Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 I get the crash problem sometimes too, don't remember whether I could even fix it or not but so long as you don't care about missing out on that scene or not it shouldn't hinder you. If you want to speed things up, set the sex duration to low and set the approach % to high. You have to fuck until a window pops up saying something about Eddie will want to see you, and that's when you run off to find Scrambler. I have no idea if Scrambler actually comes to see you, since someone said previously that he doesn't and is bugged, so you might have to run to the office yourself. The exact number is something unknown to me, but it's definitely less than what it takes to get the perk since I never managed to get it on my female PC.

You set it up at the time but when loverslab went back to actual design, a lot of the things were lost and your mods were un-uploaded. Could you upload the newest version of sunny companion? PS: it's hard to explain so, here's a little simpler way to explain: I have "tryout 11-12-2015" and I'd like the sunny companion of the same version, but it's not here on loverslab anymore, now it's 10-18-2015.

Maybe one of the other perk per level mods work, but the one that includes upping the level cap to level 100 that I posted just doesn't. It's probably that mod's own weird problems.

I used to do this, though he'd still get killed on his way out because he'd attack any convict that was in his way to the door. Now, though, the moment I step inside that building the convicts make their way to Beagle and attack him while he's helpless. Still trying to figure out which one's causing that, 'cause the only mod of mine I can think of that's updated... is Tryout. So clearly something that was compatible before isn't compatible now.
Xatos Posted December 19, 2015 Posted December 19, 2015 Chloroforming Trudy and Sunny doesn't complete the optional quest marker, so if you progress to the next stage of defeating the militia, Joe Cobb and the PG end up standing in front of the saloon doing nothing waiting to kill them and you can't complete Run Goodsprings Run.

My character has given multiple blowjobs to other fiends, but she did not receive 5 caps per person as the sign mounted on her back says. Am I supposed to go about that part a specific way? Or was all that intentional and I'm supposed to go an alternative way of getting the caps?

Let me explain a few things. mods conflict typically when they edit or change a feature, item or event in the game. So based on this any mod that changes the characters or locations mentioned in this game can confict. The first step to resolve a conflict is to lower the game in question below those mods that edit/change some items in the mod (conflict) in this case for example Primm and their characters. Sometimes this makes it possible to play this mod however can make the other mod unusable. Yes.. to the next question can it be fixed however that will require you to not be a noob anymore .. Sorry.. it requires you being able to create patches or even enter the mod(s) in question and do some work on them to make it work depending on the level of conflict. If you have ever seen a mod compatibility patch this is what I am talking about. Someone went in and made the needed changes between the two mods to make them work together properly.. . It is doable and around there if there are popular mods you might even get some help if you create a thread to do so. Who knows the author might even chime in with some minor support as well ..

My original plan was just do the public December release, but I've hit a show-stopping bug in a plan I made so the December Patreon release is not on schedule. I apologize and will likely be doing multiple updates in January. Things to keep in mind: 1 - This is simply the November update restored. 2 - Because of a (possibly new?) size limit on files, I had to split the meshes and textures for the data pack. 3 - If you're having trouble launching Gotta Catch 'Em All, that quest is currently only in the Patreon version.
